  new building with almost new furniture
  
  What could be improved: the bedrooms have no windows and we felt like sleeping in a cave
  location was very disappointing (a lot of demolished buildings and dangerous surroundings)
  no parking spot available, we parked on the streets and had some issues in one night with a thief that checked the cars (saw it on sentry)
