The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, though don’t expect anything too flashy. What I appreciated was the attention to practical details — good water pressure, reliable air conditioning, and blackout curtains that actually work. The beds are comfortable enough that you’ll sleep well after long days exploring the Mediterranean coast. You know what’s nice? The rooms face away from the main boulevard, so traffic noise isn’t really an issue at night. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful retreat after days of sightseeing.

Breakfast & Dining

The breakfast setup here is pretty thoughtful, especially if you have dietary restrictions. They offer halal options, which isn’t always easy to find, and there’s even a breakfast-to-go service if you’re heading out early for day trips to places like Perge or Aspendos. I wouldn’t call it elaborate, but it covers the basics well — fresh bread, local cheeses, olives, and decent Turkish tea. The dining area gets good morning light, which makes starting your day feel pleasant rather than rushed. The restaurant staff is attentive and accommodating to various preferences.

  This is a very interesting hotel, set up with decor just like it would have been in 1974 – very retro. The rooms are large, very clean, remarkably quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. It is located right on tram line 1 that goes to the old town and on to the airport – tap your visa card for 33TL and you're there (cheapest airport transfer in the world!). It is only two stops in the other direction to the bus station.
  I can't say enough about the hotel staff. We had an illness and a number of travel issues to resolve and the staff were exceptional in helping us, well beyond what might be expected. Thank you.
  74 Otel is great value and suited to an extended stay. We would love to come back.

  Very tidy and clean room with balcony to garden. Decoration of the interior was retrospiritive and inspirative; much better than the photos look like. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Location near the bus station was perfect for us. We'll be back.

  Lovely hotel, full of character, near to the bus station and beside a park. Nice friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast and liked the cinema themed rooms. Recommended!

  What could be improved: When I was ordering this room it was written that airport transfer is included in booking price, and it was the only reason I chose this hotel. But when I asked to organise the transfer, I was told that they never provided such service for free, and I need to pay additionally quite a big sum.

  What could be improved: The room is only suitable for couples, not families, the couch is not meant for sleep. They brought us an extra bed which took all the space in living area

  A brand new stylish hotel in a fabulous park with lots of things to look at. Room was clean and cozy. A good delicious breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: Since the hotel is new, there was a bit of unpleasant smell in the bathroom from the showers' draining hall, we were offered a room change, but it had the same issue. This moment should be fixed somehow by hotel owners.
