Address Residence Suite Hotel

Address Residence Suite Hotel Overview

First Impressions

Pulling up to Address Residence Suite Hotel, you get that immediate sense that someone actually thought about what travelers need — not just what looks good in a brochure. It’s a four-star property in the Lara district of Antalya, and honestly, it carries itself well. The building has a clean, residential feel to it, which makes sense given the “residence” in the name — it’s less of a flashy resort and more of a place where you can actually settle in and breathe.

Location & Neighborhood

Lara is one of those parts of Antalya that locals and repeat visitors tend to gravitate toward — it’s not the chaotic old town, but it’s not isolated either. You’re close to Lara Beach, which is one of the better stretches of coastline in the area, and the neighborhood has a lived-in, genuine quality that some of the more touristy zones lack. Couples especially seem to click with this location — the rating from two-person trips sits at a very solid 9.3, which tells you something real about the vibe here. It’s the kind of spot where an evening walk actually feels like something worth doing.

The Rooms

The suite-style setup means you’re getting more space than a standard hotel room, and that matters more than people realize until they’re actually unpacking. There’s room to spread out, keep things organized, and not feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. I mean, it’s not a sprawling apartment, but the residence concept gives it a homier quality — you’re not just passing through, you’re actually staying somewhere. That distinction is small but it genuinely changes how a trip feels.

Breakfast & Practical Perks

Breakfast here is halal, which is worth knowing upfront — it’s a thoughtful detail that makes a real difference for a lot of travelers and reflects the kind of guest this hotel is set up to welcome properly. Beyond that, the free private parking on site is one of those things you don’t think about until you’re circling a block in a rental car wondering where to leave it — here, that stress just doesn’t exist. Small logistical wins like that add up over the course of a stay. You arrive, you park, you settle in — no drama.

Why Guests Love It

With an overall rating of 8.5, Address Residence Suite Hotel is clearly doing something right — and honestly, it’s not one big thing, it’s the accumulation of getting the basics right consistently. The location scores high, the space feels considered, and there’s a quieter confidence to the place that suits both couples looking for a relaxed getaway and travelers who just want a reliable, comfortable base in Antalya. It’s not trying to be everything to everyone, and that’s sort of what makes it work. If you’re heading to the Lara area and want somewhere that feels like a genuine stay rather than just a bed for the night, this one deserves a proper look.

Locals recommend to book apartments in Antalya near the marina for leisurely mornings, sailing lessons, and seaside brunches.

Reviews of Address Residence Suite Hotel

• Will from Australia – 22 April 2025 (9/10)

Location to airport and waterfall. Large room and plenty of room for 5 people. Okan was very helpful waiting and checking us in . Breakfast served on time in room and was very nice and simple. View was ok although we were only staying overnight and leaving early in am and we did not hear any noise from planes(the area is under the flight path)

What could be improved: Water pressure was a bit low and took a while for hot to come thru and beds were lower to floor than we are use to but still comfortable.
