  We (me and my family: wife, two kids) had our 2-week vacation in Antalya in July 2024. The main criteria for choosing housing for us were:
  1) proximity to the beach (where you can swim with children);
  2) everything you need for comfortable living (large fridge, large stove, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, Internet, TV with HDMI etc);
  3) developed infrastructure (transport to the Old Town and attractions, shops, etc).
  I recommend the apartment 100%. It's located in a quiet place, we even never heard the neighbors, bright, cozy, renovated, equipped with everything necessary (even the dishes were beautiful). All the furniture was absolutely new. The good pebble beach of Konyaaltı is just 6-minute walk away, the sea is gorgeous, azure, clean (the beach is free, fully equipped). There are many chain stores in the vicinity with good prices. There is a bus stop nearby, from which it takes some 15 minutes to get to the Old Town.
  The hosts are very friendly, always in touch, the interaction left the most pleasant impressions.
  By the way we bought a solid beach umbrella and left it there so you can use it if go to the beach.
