When I first pulled up to Aspendos Bulvarı, I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this boutique spot tucked into the Muratpaşa district. It doesn’t scream “look at me” from the street, but that’s actually part of its charm. The building has this understated elegance that feels refreshingly authentic in a city where so many hotels are trying way too hard to impress tourists.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to experience Antalya like someone who actually lives here. You’re right in the heart of things but not drowning in the touristy chaos of Kaleiçi (though trust me, you can still walk there easily when you want that old town magic). Aspendos Bulvarı itself is busy during the day – there’s real life happening around you, which I love. You’ll hear the gentle hum of city life, but it settles down nicely in the evenings. Parking was surprisingly manageable, which anyone who’s driven in Turkish cities will appreciate. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions – they actually seemed to care about making sure I knew my way around the neighborhood.

What really sets this place apart is how it feels like staying at a well-designed friend’s place rather than a corporate hotel. The rooms have character without being quirky for the sake of it, and everything actually works (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case). The attention to detail is there – good lighting where you need it, comfortable bedding that doesn’t feel cheap, and a bathroom that makes sense. I mean, it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but it doesn’t need to be. The whole vibe is relaxed and thoughtful, which honestly reflects Antalya itself pretty well. You’re close enough to catch the dolmuş to the beach when the mood strikes, and there are genuine local restaurants within walking distance where you won’t pay tourist prices for mediocre food. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ll see families going about their day, kids playing in the evening, and corner shops that have been there forever. It’s the kind of place where you start to feel like a temporary local rather than just another visitor passing through, and that’s exactly what makes a trip memorable.

  The location is perfect. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is friendly.

  No takeaway or restaurants nearby, BIM ans A-101 supermarkets opposite the hotel for you daily groceries.

  What could be improved: Breakfast choice very basic, location not near any shopping malls, nearest is Mall of Antalya north of the airport.

  1 night stay with no regrets! All felt cosy and nice. Good stay with a small shopping/supermarket mall nearby for "to go" meals at an affordable price, walking distance.

  What could be improved: Air conditioning, we were told to open windows instead as the air con was set to warm during the night. This was still too warm leading to us waking up multiple times during the night, the room reaching temperatures of 26-28 degrees. Wish this was clearer on the booking.

  Very cool and stylish design concept. Friendly staff and comfortable room. I just spent here a couple of hours to get an early flight the next morning and got the room for cheap due to a last-minute deal.
  
  Taxi to airport was 360 TL. However, there is also a tram station right opposite the hotel (1 min walk) which goes straight to the airport in ~15 minutes (but only starts at 6:00).
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, the road at which the hotel is at, can be a bit noisy and the room is not all that quiet.
