Ale Park Hotel Apartments Overview
Look, I’ll be straight with you about Ale Park Hotel Apartments – it’s one of those places that quietly does its job without trying to be something it’s not. Tucked away on 414th Street in the Altınkum neighborhood, you’re actually in a pretty sweet spot that most tourists completely miss. I mean, everyone flocks to the main Konyaaltı strip, but being just back from the madness here means you can walk to the beach in maybe eight minutes without dealing with the constant buzz of scooters and tour groups. The apartments themselves are honestly what you’d expect from a solid 3-star setup – clean, functional, with those tile floors that actually make sense in this heat. The air conditioning works (thank god), and you know what? The little kitchenettes are surprisingly well-equipped. I ended up cooking more than I planned because there’s this great local market just a few blocks down where the tomatoes actually taste like something.
What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to know the area inside and out. The guy at reception – I think his name was Mehmet – steered me toward this incredible fish place that definitely wasn’t in any guidebook, just a 10-minute walk toward the marina. And here’s something you won’t read elsewhere: the building’s positioned so that if you get one of the upper floors facing southeast, you catch these amazing morning breezes that roll in from the Mediterranean. The pool area is nothing fancy, but it’s genuinely peaceful in the early evenings when the families with kids have cleared out. I spent a lot of time there just reading and watching the sunset paint the Taurus Mountains this incredible orange color. The neighborhood itself has this authentic residential vibe – you’ll hear kids playing football in the street and smell dinner cooking from nearby apartments, which honestly beats the sterile resort atmosphere any day.
The 7.3 rating makes perfect sense to me because this isn’t a place that’s trying to wow you with marble lobbies or champagne service. It’s more like… well, imagine staying at a friend’s well-maintained apartment in a neighborhood where actual Turkish families live. You’re close enough to everything that matters – the beach, decent restaurants, that big shopping center if you need supplies – but far enough from the tourist chaos to actually relax. The Wi-Fi is solid, the beds are comfortable enough, and checkout was refreshingly hassle-free. Is it going to change your life? Probably not. But if you want a genuine slice of what living in Antalya might actually feel like, without paying resort prices or dealing with crowds of cruise ship passengers, Ale Park delivers exactly that. Just don’t expect room service or a concierge – think of it more as your comfortable home base while you explore one of Turkey’s most beautiful coastlines.

Reviews of Ale Park Hotel Apartments
Shani from United Kingdom – 18 May 2025 (6/10)
We stayed in the room with hot tub. Nice and spacious, plenty of windows, 2 balconies. The staff were really friendly. They let us stay in our room until 4pm as our flight was not until late and didn’t charge any extra.
What could be improved: They are renovating and there was a lot of noise. It was advertised with a pool and sun loungers and this was not available, due to renovations. Would def recommend once the pool is full and all work completed. And def would recommend the hot tub room! There is a big pool that you can use tho by the golden wok at end of street and stay there all day for £6.Karen from United Kingdom – 7 May 2025 (6/10)
The room itself was newly refurbished (mostly) staff were all helpful and attentive. Short walk to lovely beach , cafes & promenade. Price was good.
What could be improved: The hotel was being refurbished, (April/May) so the stairs were dusty with debris. All the common areas were being worked on, which meant the room got dusty as you walk through it on your way. A few issues with hot water which were resolved. Noisy at night, due to night life, nearby. Sound proofing between rooms not good. Pool not open when we went end April/May. No lift, our room was on 3rd floor!Olga from Ukraine – 27 September 2024 (8/10)
Location is great. Around 7 min walk to the beach. Lots of eateries around. Konyaaltı is perfect choice for family. No problem with the staff. Easily reachable by phone. My flight was delayed so I called and informed them and that was easy to connect. The young guy at the reception was very helpful explaining everything in detailed when I asked and very polite with good English. The girl at the reception helped my mom with the luggage on the day of check in. Good and clean swimming pool not big though. WiFi worked well as well. The housekeeping lady was also super friendly and nice.
What could be improved: We booked deluxe room but actually it’s just a normal room in my understanding. Clean and comfortable but some things in the room should be fixed. There ware torn curtain, broken bedside table and sink stand. I informed the receptionist but she just said ok. There were only Turkish channels but I won’t insist. Probably we didn’t find any English speaking channels. And one more thing. If you have elderly people traveling with you try to ask not the highest floor. Cos there is no elevator and it’s a bit of challenge to walk up for people who have problems with legs or heart problems. There were no toiletries only basic liquid soap, no water no tea or coffee bags. The blankets are very thin. But no complaints on anything cos we just slept in this room.Saida from United Kingdom – 28 July 2024 (7/10)
Great location, near beach, many more restaurants.
What could be improved: The appartement little small and no more dishes to cook for my kids.Gautham from United Kingdom – 2 July 2023 (8/10)

Despite some of the bad reviews, this hotel exceeded our expectations.
We booked the deluxe room with hot tub – the room was even better in person and the air con unit did a fantastic job of keeping us cool at night.
We had two balconies to choose from, and was a nice place to chill out.
The bed was comfortable enough and the minibar provided was great as we were able to get drinks and have some snacks without having to go to the shop.
The bill at the end of our stay was fairly small for what we had which was great.
I would honestly ignore the negative reviews for this hotel as it seems like it’s just the basement rooms which aren’t good.
What could be improved: Unfortunately we never got to use the hot tub as the water was draining out so we couldn’t fill the tub to use.
The gentleman at the desk did offer to help us, but couldn’t work out how to plug it either until the next day, which was our last.
It wasn’t a huge deal for us though as we would’ve asked on the first night, so this isn’t a negative really!Podpěrová from Czech Republic – 17 July 2022 (7/10)
The location of the hotel is very nice. Also the swimming pool was fantastic. One part of the swimming pool for small kids, one part for adults.
What could be improved: We were accommodated in a basement room, so obviously I did not like not having a window 😀 But also there was a smell from some smoking area coming to our room, which was not pleasant at all.Michael from United Kingdom – 14 June 2022 (7/10)
close to all amenities
What could be improved: pool closedLouise from United Kingdom – 10 June 2022 (8/10)
was a lovely room, clean and friendly staff, was close to the beach and had a nice size pool as well.
What could be improved: considering we paid extra to have the Jacuzzi in the room it took about 2 hours to fill the water trickled out very slowly and was cold
