  Good location , great value for money and many food varieties
  
  What could be improved: Some food ingredients should be added like good meat , good fruits and the food ingredients should be of a better quality overall

  Check-in and out were completed quickly.
  
  – At check-in, we were informed that complimentary Wi-Fi was only available to guests who booked through platforms such as Booking.com. This likely explains the confusion reflected in some of the reviews I encountered prior to my stay.
  
  – A complimentary sauna and hammam were available. The steam room is not included. We also purchased a massage package, which was satisfactory.
  
  – The meals offered sufficient variety; while many dishes were repeated daily, there were slight variations that provided enough diversity. Overall, I was satisfied with the food.
  
  – The staff were courteous and attentive.
  
  – Gözleme and snacks service between lunch and dinner was a nice addition.
  
  – I very much enjoyed the fast and accurate service at the pool bar.
  
  What could be improved: Room service did not clean the sink or toilet during cleaning. While the overall cleanliness of the room was quite satisfying, with no unpleasant odors, noise from other rooms, or other issues; I'd expect this basic service.
  
  – Despite clear rules, several guests were smoking and jumping into the pool, and no corrective action was taken. This detracted from the overall poolside experience.
  
  – The hotel's beach access is located outside the premises, requiring guests to cross a street and walk a few minutes to reach it. The beach area was small, crowded, and consisted of stones. I personally did not use or enjoy the beach, although it appeared that other guests did.

  Nice room, lovely pool area, very friendly staff and good food . Turkey is becoming quite expensive for food and drinks and this hotel offers exceptional value. All inclusive and the food is very good -loads of lovely salads, wide selection of stew/casserole type dishes and the chef is always cooking something on the grill ( steaks, chicken, whole fish) it varies. There are lots of lovely cake style and Turkish style ( baklava type) desserts and the beer , wine and cocktails are good. it was very busy with Russian guests at meal times and the children were a bit unruly. During the day when we were there the pool area was very quiet with nice chill club tunes being played. I’m not sure where all the other guests went -maybe the beach??? We didn’t as beach loungers are very squashed together and you are either stuck under a canopy or in the sun- no option to vary sun/shade as the loungers have no umbrellas ( my only criticism). I went for a hammam in the spa and some massage treatments that were good and compared to uk good value ( about £35 for1hr massage ( full body, hot stone or specific areas – whatever you want just ask)
  The staff have basic English and are very accommodating-Google translate can fill in any blanks.
  Bar service and all music stopped at 11pm which was perfect for us as we are not into loud or late nights. Aircon worked but not that well but in the whole -lively hotel very well located for beach and town and really friendly well trained staff.
  
  What could be improved: Aircon not great-beach loungers looked very squashed in.

  What could be improved: Too be honest, I didn't find anything that i didn’t like. Maybe just the refrigerators in the rooms needs to be topped up to bigger size.

  It was great value for money, I would come back again. Really close to the sea and the bar at sea is also included and offers snacks and free beers, that's nice.
  
  What could be improved: It was quite dark in the room in the evening, there were not enough lamps. Also wifi connection wasn't strong enough for watching movies. Sometimes I work online during my stays, in this case I'm afraid the internet wouldn't be good enough.
