You know what really struck me about Amy Villas when I first pulled up? It’s tucked away on this quiet residential street in Çamyuva – honestly, I almost missed the turn off the main road because it feels more like you’re heading into a neighborhood than approaching a hotel. But that’s actually what makes it special. The whole area has this laid-back, locals-know-about-it vibe that’s getting harder to find along the Turkish coast these days.

The villa setup here is pretty clever – instead of one massive hotel block, you’ve got these smaller buildings scattered around with their own little terraces and garden spaces. I mean, you’re still definitely at a hotel, but it doesn’t feel like you’re staying in some corporate chain where every room looks identical. The owner (Amy, I’m assuming?) has clearly put thought into the details – there are these hand-painted tiles in the bathrooms and the furniture actually matches, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places get that wrong. What really sold me though was stepping out onto the terrace in the morning with coffee and realizing how quiet it gets here. You can hear the birds, maybe some distant waves, but none of that constant traffic noise you get closer to Kemer’s center.

Speaking of Kemer – and this is something I wish I’d known before booking – you’re about a 10-minute walk from the main strip, but it’s a pleasant walk through actual Turkish neighborhoods, not just tourist shops. There’s this little bakery about halfway that does incredible börek in the mornings, and honestly, discovering that felt like finding a secret. The beach access is straightforward too; you just head down toward the water and boom, you’re on a decent stretch of sand that’s not completely packed with sun loungers. Parking was never an issue when I was there (I had a rental car), and the staff at check-in actually knew enough English to have real conversations, not just the basic “welcome, here’s your key” routine. Look, it’s not perfect – the WiFi gets spotty in the evenings when everyone’s online, and if you’re looking for a massive pool scene with poolside service, this probably isn’t your place. But if you want somewhere that feels more like staying at a well-run guesthouse where you can actually relax without feeling like you’re on a hotel assembly line, Amy Villas gets it right. That 9.5 rating isn’t just inflated review scores – it’s earned.

  Villa with a good price-quality ratio. The kitchen is well-equipped. In 15 minutes walk to the beach. We had a comfortable stay here for 4 kids and 6 adults. Can recommend.

  Very nice place for family vacation. There is some walking distance to nearest beach, but in another hand it quieter here and noise form hotels is not problem here. It worth to mention that hosts doing great job to maintain villas in clean conditions. The most clean rental property that I ever saw for last several years. Hosts are nice people and go extra mile to ensure comfort of guests.

  The villa was great. everything you need for a great time. looks new and very clean. The pool was about 1.7 metres deep , enough for swimming and well maintained. We were there at the end of season and everything was open. we really liked camyuva as there is a lot to do in the area. it's even better if you have a car. the owner let us stay an extra 5 hours for a fee, which was helpful as we had a late flight back to the U.K. most of all the manager, enaha went over and above to make sure we had a great time. good value for money if you are a large family. excellent.

  The villa is absolutely fantastic. New, spacious, fully equipped, with a beautiful pool and plenty of space outside to enjoy the sunshine or cook on the barbecue. The location is also great – quiet but within a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very friendly and provided all the info needed for our stay.

  Nice and clean villa in a good location. Close to the beach and amenities. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our private pool. Good WiFi allowed remote working.
  
  What could be improved: The address and the name of the villa to be clearly marked outside, we had an issue with locating it on arrival. Could do with a few more fixtures and fittings in bathrooms. A bigger hot water tank would be nice.
