Antalya D&D Terrace Overview
You know what’s funny about the Antalya D&D Terrace? I almost walked right past it the first time – it’s tucked away on this quiet side street (1304. Sk.) that you’d never stumble across unless you were actually looking for it. Which, honestly, is part of its charm. While everyone else is hunting for those big chain hotels with their marble lobbies and elevator music, this little boutique spot is quietly doing its own thing and absolutely nailing it.
The whole place has this relaxed, almost residential vibe that makes you feel like you’re staying at a really stylish friend’s apartment rather than a hotel. The terrace – which is obviously the star of the show here – catches this gorgeous light in the evenings, and you can actually see glimpses of the Mediterranean if you lean just right (I mean, it’s not a full-on sea view, but it’s there). What really got me was how they’ve managed to create these little pockets of privacy even though you’re essentially sharing the space with other guests. The furniture isn’t trying too hard to be Instagram-perfect, but it’s comfortable and actually makes sense for the climate – you know, pieces that won’t fall apart if they get a bit of salt air or the occasional summer downpour.
The staff here seems to genuinely care about what they’re doing, which you can’t always say about places in tourist-heavy areas like Antalya. They’ll remember your coffee order by day three, and more importantly, they know the neighborhood well enough to point you toward that little bakery around the corner that opens at 6 AM (perfect for grabbing something before the heat kicks in). The rooms themselves are simple but thoughtful – good air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a freight train, decent water pressure, and windows that actually open, which is surprisingly rare these days. I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with the “boutique” concept – no weird lighting that makes it impossible to read or furniture that looks cool but feels terrible to actually use.
Location-wise, you’re close enough to walk to the old town when you feel like dealing with the crowds, but far enough away that you’re not hearing tour groups at 7 AM. The narrow streets in this area stay pretty quiet after dark, though you might catch the occasional scooter buzzing past. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’ve got a rental car – the streets here weren’t exactly designed with modern traffic in mind – but the hotel folks will help you figure it out. That 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days; it’s the kind of place that gets the important stuff right without making a big show of it.

The hotel staff, location, wifi, cleanliness, everything was just great! Also for a small fee, laundry services were available, which greatly simplified my stay. There is everything you need near the hotel. I recommend it, the best hotel for staying in the old city.

This a great hotel in a great location!! very close to old town of Kaleici and many restaurants and shops around. The Staff was very welcoming and accomodating at all times. My room was very comfortable, spacious and lots of natural light, also the place felt very new, special thanks to Erdinc, who was very attentive and helpful.
What could be improved: Nothing really, i like everything about this hotel. Location, staff, rooms etc…Ekaterina from Germany – 28 May 2025 (10/10)
We booked this hotel because, according to the reviews, it was new, and it was true. Everything was in perfect condition. The room and the whole property were very clean as well. It had everything we needed for our 5-day stay, and the staff was very friendly and ready to assist if anything was needed.
What we loved most was the location, close to all the action but still in a quiet street, so we could sleep through the night without any noise from other restaurants and bars.
The rooftop terrace was also very nice.
Totally recommend and would stay again.Veronika from Russia – 24 May 2025 (9/10)

Super nice location close to the seaside and the old city but it's very quiet. They have very powerful AC in the room. It worth the money you paid. I will book again the next time I come.
What could be improved: The glasses has wasn't fully cleaned but with the price and the location, nothing to complain.Aigul from Kazakhstan – 17 May 2025 (10/10)
