Here’s the thing about this hotel’s location — it’s honestly one of the best-positioned places I’ve stayed in Antalya. You’re right in the heart of things on Anafartalar Caddesi, which means you can walk to Kaleiçi (the old town) in about ten minutes, maybe less if you’re a fast walker. The harbor area is close enough that you’ll hear the occasional boat horn, but it’s not disruptive. I mean, couples clearly love this spot for good reason — there’s something romantic about being able to stroll to waterfront restaurants without dealing with taxis or long walks.

The Room Experience

My room was exactly what you’d expect from a solid three-star property. Clean, functional, with that slightly dated but well-maintained feel that Turkish hotels do really well. The air conditioning worked perfectly (crucial in Antalya summers), and the bathroom was compact but had good water pressure. What I liked most was the little balcony — not huge, but big enough for morning coffee while watching the street come alive below. The furnishings are simple yet durable, designed for comfort rather than premium amenities.

The hotel restaurant serves a decent Turkish breakfast spread, though honestly, with all the amazing local spots within walking distance, I found myself eating out most of the time. That’s actually a good thing — you’re staying here for the location, not to hide away in the hotel. There’s basic parking available, which is more valuable than you might think in this part of Antalya where street parking can be challenging. The front desk staff are knowledgeable about nearby dining options and attractions.

  Extremely good value.
  Room was a good size and very clean.

  The hotel is right next to a very busy road intersection and was extremely noisy at all times.
  My bathroom had a leaking sink and the floor was wet the whole time.

  I like the fact that I can get a coffee or hot chocolatw in the reception area and the location of the hotel is perfect. Its easy acces to store, metro and buses even.
  
  What could be improved: Hmmm not that I disnt like but because of our tours we qere not able to enjoy our breakfast or had it everytime even though it was paid for. Offer should have been made to have it sent in the room despite us not being in there if its just packs or breaks or biscuits.

  This location was great for us! The gentleman at the front desk was really accomadating. We got to the hotel earlier than check in and was given a room without delay. Also very helpful when we asked for places to go and gave us directions on how to get there.
  
  What could be improved: Not much choice for breakast if you have dietary restictions but it was not bad.

  Perfect location, nice staff, good breakfast, smallish room and tiny balcony, good WIFI a/c TV and fridge and OK bathroom. Nice area with restaurants and supermarkets next door
  
  What could be improved: No trash bin, no drawers nowhere to put luggage on. Breakfast varied first 3 days were good then when Russian groups came it got bad, no fruit, no omelettes.

  Cheap cosy little hotel . Didn’t think much of the breakfast. Cafe round corner done nice omelette thou !! Great location and staff good people.
  
  What could be improved: Wi-Fi needs to be sorted . After couple days I found hot spot in my round to get the Wi-Fi but usually had to sit in reception.
