  very clean hotel, staff were very polite and helpful. Food was more than adequate for the price
  
  What could be improved: Very little really, Hotel could do with some modernisation which i think they are in the process of doing. Hotel rooms are spread out over a very large land area meaning you will have some walking between amenities. Our air conditiong in room was not working very well. The few days we were there was not that warm but would be an issue when temps are higher.

  Very nice hotel. Good food. We've been to sea food and Italian restaurants. Hotel offers late checkout at an okish price. Very good beach and a lot of swimming pools.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom had a window and wooden blanket, it's maybe good for adults only, but with children, it's not the best.

  Big resort, directly at the beach. Lots of fascilities. Kids friendly. Lots and lots and lots of food. Clean and confortable room.
  
  What could be improved: I asked for an invoice and was told that it would be sent to me. But i never received it. I sent multiple emails and messages through booking.com, but never even received a reply, let alone an invoice. I've got the feeling that their service only extends to the gates of the hotel and when you cross them, they don't give a f@#€..

  The resort was amazing and there was so much places to have fun with your children during the day. Even at night you will have several choices to spend a lovely time.
  
  What could be improved: I had an issue after getting my room key and when i tried to enter my room it wasn't cleaned yet knowing that it was almost 4 pm so i had to to spend 30 min with my family outside the room till the room was cleaned.
  Another issue, i requested a late check out through booking and it was approved by the hotel and in my last day i tried to confirm that, but the receptionist said that i can't get that late check out and after several trials to convince them they approve it.
  After these 2 incidents at the check in and the check out i think that there is a mismanagement, if solved, that will change your stay at aquaworld belek to become exceptional.

  Beautiful place, many things to do, staff vas very nice. The food was good, especially breakfast.
  Good music in the pool area e disco.
  There are many sports to play, beach volley, darts, bocce, tennis and fitness center.
  
  What could be improved: If you need something and contact the reception, they were very late to bring them.
  So, for the last day, we needed the shuttle to checkout, as it didn't arrive, we had to go walking.
  SPA was very good, but the manager was a very rude person. He didn't like to explain, just take money!!

  The food is great ( for the price of the holiday), there is an aqua park for kids and it’s also right on the sea… snuck away us a +16 Poole with Pool bar that is quite with no music and just the trickle of water … which was great add on
  
  What could be improved: 1. the food is great but it was busy so there was queues. the coffee and juice were rubbish but I like really good quality food so this maybe a bit harsh and it was only £120 a night for everything so there is levels of what you can expect.
  
  2. there was a constant fight for the inflatables for the slides – we were only here for a night but I could see it was getting fractious between the queuing and the non queuing.
  
  3. music – it was just too loud in the main pool – maybe I’m getting too old lol. and what really tipped me over the edge is that it was loud in the room until about 1am as the music filtered in from the main Poole area so my advice is if you like it quite get a garden view as these were dead quite were the sea view was over the main noise.
  
  4. general area – really clean with attentive staff -and clean room – perfect
  
  5. value for money – if we come again I will make sure I stay in a quieter area and I would be super happy with everything.
