That’s actually just how straightforward the owner is about this place – it’s literally a basement studio apartment right across from Erasta Mall, and they’re not trying to dress it up with fancy names.

The location on 3803. Sokak is pretty clever if you think about it. I mean, you’re basically living underneath one of Antalya’s biggest shopping centers, which sounds weird until you realize how incredibly practical it is. Need groceries at 9 PM? Walk across the street. Want to escape the heat during those brutal July afternoons? The mall’s air conditioning is your best friend. The area gets busy during shopping hours – there’s definitely some foot traffic and car noise – but it actually quiets down nicely in the evenings when the mall closes.

What surprised me most was how the basement setup actually works in your favor here. Turkish summers can be absolutely relentless, and while everyone else is cranking their AC units and watching their electricity bills skyrocket, you’re staying naturally cool underground. The studio itself is compact but well thought out – they’ve managed to fit everything you need without it feeling cramped, though I’ll be honest, if you’re the type who needs tons of space to spread out, this might feel a bit tight. The 7.7 rating makes sense to me because it delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. It’s not trying to be a luxury experience, but it’s clean, functional, and the owner clearly knows what budget travelers actually need.

The whole Konyaaltı area has really grown on me over the years – you’re close enough to the beach that you can bike there easily, but far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually think straight. Plus, and this is something most visitors don’t realize, being near Erasta means you have access to that massive Migros supermarket in the basement level, which honestly has better prices than most of the smaller shops closer to the beach. For a 3-star place, it punches above its weight in terms of practicality, even if it won’t win any design awards.

  What could be improved: Logement pas propre, tâches sur les draps, ustensile de cuisine sale, salle de bain peu propre

  Good location and washing machine was helpful. Easy communication via WhatsApp with host.
  
  What could be improved: There was no toilet paper. No dishwashing detergent, which meant that the dishes were clearly grimy, and not washed for who knows how long. The sheets were stained, the sofa was stained, and the shower had mould. The complete absence of natural light was a shame, the bright lights made it feel like a hospital.

  Приемлемая цена за номер.
  Учитывая какие цены сейчас в кафе в Анталии, то супер, что в номере есть кухня. Все, что нужно для приготовления еды есть: сковородка, кастрюля, чайник, кружки. Всё было чисто, работающий телевизор и кондиционер. Это спокойное место. В шаговой доступности продуктовые магазины Bim, Şok, A-101. Ну а если кафе, то их тоже много.
  Расположение удобно тем, что это недалеко от автовокзала. Рядом проходит линия трамвая. Правда, если едить к набережной, то, наверное, далековато, но не критично.
  
  What could be improved: Так как на цокольном этаже больше влажности, то при следующем ремонте, я бы посоветовал отделывать стены шпаклевкой на основе цемента. Гипсовая шпаклёвка быстро сыреет и портится, особенно после зимы.

  квартира небольшая но очень милая, было тепло, стиралка, фен плита всё работало. Горячая вода без перебоев. Спасибо большое хозяину за понимание, всё подробно объяснили, проблем с заселением не возникло. Отлично провели отпуск.
