You know what? I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked this place on 3803. Sokak – honestly, the name “Basement Floor, Konforlu, Ferah, Geniş 1+1 ’24′” had me scratching my head. But sometimes the spots with the weirdest names turn out to be gems, and this little boutique setup in Antalya actually surprised me.

First thing – yes, it’s a basement unit, but don’t let that scare you off. The moment you walk down, you realize they’ve done something clever with the space. It’s genuinely spacious (that “geniş” part of the name isn’t lying), and somehow they’ve managed to make it feel bright and airy despite being below ground level. The 1+1 layout works perfectly if you’re traveling solo or as a couple – there’s a proper separation between the living area and bedroom that you don’t always get in hotel rooms. I mean, the whole place has this lived-in comfort that’s hard to find in traditional hotels. The owner clearly put thought into making it feel like an actual home rather than just another rental unit.

Location-wise, you’re in a real neighborhood here, not some touristy bubble. 3803. Sokak is quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well (no street noise filtering down to the basement level), but you’re still walking distance to the main areas of Antalya. I found myself grabbing breakfast at the little café around the corner most mornings – much better than hotel breakfast, honestly. The whole Kepez area has this authentic Turkish neighborhood vibe that I really appreciated. Parking isn’t terrible if you’re renting a car, though the street can get busy during evening hours when everyone’s coming home from work.

The 7.1 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it’s solid and comfortable with character. The bathroom’s compact but functional, and the kitchen setup is actually useful if you want to grab groceries and cook occasionally. What I really liked was how quiet it gets at night. Being underground has its perks – no footsteps from upstairs neighbors, no street-level chaos. The WiFi worked fine for my work calls, and the air conditioning (crucial in Antalya summers) kept things comfortable without being too loud.

Look, this isn’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea. If you need daily housekeeping and a concierge, go book a regular hotel. But if you want something different – a place that feels more like staying in a local friend’s apartment than a cookie-cutter room – this boutique spot delivers. The whole experience feels more genuine than the typical hotel stay, and in a city like Antalya where you can easily get stuck in tourist traps, that authenticity is worth something. Plus, the price point probably beats most hotels in the area with similar space and amenities.

  Хорошее оборудование: газовая плита, большой холодильник, хорошая сантехника, тихий кондиционер.
  
  What could be improved: Апартаменты находились в подвале, в нескольких местах отваливалась штукатурка, при заезде поймали большого таракана, слабое освещение, маленькое окно у потолка, мелкие мошки вылетали из туалета, прилетали комары, запах канализации в туалете, в спальне односпальная кровать, над которой опасно закреплена полка, диван маленький для двоих. Негде сушить купальники!!! Из аэропорта ехать неудобно – на трамвае доехать до автовокзала (отогар), перейти на другую линию, ехать до остановки Культура.

  Заселение бесконтактное, в удобное время. Хозяин всегда на связи, моментально решает все вопросы. В квартире есть все необходимое. Рядом магазины, кафе. WI-fi идеально работает.

  Удобное расположение, рядом торговый центр Эраста и остановка трамвая, продуктовые магазины и аптеки. До пляжа Коньялты 15 минут езды. Функция оплаты на месте очень порадовала. Отзывчивый персонал.

  Отличное расположение в жилом нетуристическом районе, рядом остановки автобуса, трамвая, такси. Рядом ТЦ и рыбный рынок. Вокруг полно кафешек, продуктовые магазины, банкоматы. До моря 5 минут на такси. В квартире было чисто, кондиционер и интернет работали без перебоев. Хозяин был все время на связи.
  
  What could be improved: Цокольный этаж, высокая влажность. Мало посуды, приготовить еду или сварить кофе практически невозможно. Если добавить турку, бокальчики и штопор – будет значительно приятнее))

  Всего хватает в апартаментах. Все чистое. Стиралка и холодильник есть. Горячая вода есть. 2 кондиционера работают тихо и хорошо.
  
  What could be improved: Звукоизоляция. Все слышно от соседей квартиры и сверху , а также от входной двери и т.д. воздух тяжеловат. Оплата в лирах или нал евро, доллар.
