  What could be improved: Két személyre foglaltam, 3-ik nap kaptunk a második személynek ágyneműt, 2.ik nap törülközőt. Többszöri kérdésre mai napig nem jött számla, edények evőeszközök ragadtak, szőnyegek koszosak fal penészes , ..

  Хорошее оборудование: газовая плита, большой холодильник, хорошая сантехника, тихий кондиционер.
  
  What could be improved: Апартаменты находились в подвале, в нескольких местах отваливалась штукатурка, при заезде поймали большого таракана, слабое освещение, маленькое окно у потолка, мелкие мошки вылетали из туалета, прилетали комары, запах канализации в туалете, в спальне односпальная кровать, над которой опасно закреплена полка, диван маленький для двоих. Негде сушить купальники!!! Из аэропорта ехать неудобно – на трамвае доехать до автовокзала (отогар), перейти на другую линию, ехать до остановки Культура.

  Заселение бесконтактное, в удобное время. Хозяин всегда на связи, моментально решает все вопросы. В квартире есть все необходимое. Рядом магазины, кафе. WI-fi идеально работает.

  Удобное расположение, рядом торговый центр Эраста и остановка трамвая, продуктовые магазины и аптеки. До пляжа Коньялты 15 минут езды. Функция оплаты на месте очень порадовала. Отзывчивый персонал.
  
  What could be improved: Большая слышимость жильцов других апартаментов в ванной комнате, периодический громкий слив воды в ванной комнате.

  Отличное расположение в жилом нетуристическом районе, рядом остановки автобуса, трамвая, такси. Рядом ТЦ и рыбный рынок. Вокруг полно кафешек, продуктовые магазины, банкоматы. До моря 5 минут на такси. В квартире было чисто, кондиционер и интернет работали без перебоев. Хозяин был все время на связи.
  
  What could be improved: Цокольный этаж, высокая влажность. Мало посуды, приготовить еду или сварить кофе практически невозможно. Если добавить турку, бокальчики и штопор – будет значительно приятнее))

  Всего хватает в апартаментах. Все чистое. Стиралка и холодильник есть. Горячая вода есть. 2 кондиционера работают тихо и хорошо.
  
  What could be improved: Звукоизоляция. Все слышно от соседей квартиры и сверху , а также от входной двери и т.д. воздух тяжеловат. Оплата в лирах или нал евро, доллар.
