  Стабильный интернет, хороший поток воды и горячей и холодной, посуда. Чистый пол и унитаз. Много чистых полотенец. Тихий дом и район.
  
  What could be improved: При заезде нас встречает женщина, проживающая в этом же доме, а также она же убирает квартиры. То, что не говорит хотя бы на английском уже проблема, интернет еле еле подключили и стало чуть легче общаться. Размена нет, просят оплату в евро и должны давать сдачу в евро! Фото не соответствуют действительности: был сломан стул, таршер, зеркало в шкафу, на диване дыры от сигарет. Пыль на плинтусах, грязная душевая, разводы на зеркалах, в целом грязно.

  Easy to check-in, easy to pay (chambermind came to grab money). Location is not bad, especially close to bus station of 09, 10 and other buses. Tram-line is nearby. Also Erasta shopping center and fish-restaurant behind Erasta. Also Bus-station in a walking distance.
  It was clean inside, hot-water run uninterruptedly
  Wi-Fi was working reliable.
  
  What could be improved: That was my first experiance of living on basment level. Did not like it.
  Also want to mention poor equiped kitchen and bathroom, even kettle I had to ask. And, strange, in Turkey there was no turkish coffee pot.
  Be careful with WI-FI password, host sending you, it is a bit triky.

  Наличие стиральной машины, утюга, есть горячая вода, хороший душ, удобная кровать,есть чайник, чай, кофе. Также много места для хранения вещей, хороший район и отличное месторасположение. Нормальный WiFi.
