  An der Villa hat uns nichts wirklich gefallen.
  Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und es ist viel zu reparieren. Nichts gravierend aber überall und alles. Angefangen an dem TV Gerät das schief aufgehangen ist. Das Geländer ist locker, die Küchenausstattung ist alt, verbraucht, verstaubt, verbappt. Müsste ausgetauscht werden wie vieles andere. Wirklich sauber war auch nichts. Ich musste alle 5 Bäder von den Körper und Haarresten der Vorgänger reinigen. Auf den Laken waren immernoch lange schwarze Haare.
  
  What could be improved: Wie oben bereits geschrieben, sehr viel das uns nicht gefallen hat.. Die Villa war bestimmt sehr schön vor gut 8 Jahren. Doch ist seit dem nichts erneuert und auch aussen lasst man alles wild wachsen. Also nicht wie auf den Bildern. Die Toiletten ganz oben konnte man nur einmal in ca. einer Stunde spühlen. Alle Zimmer und Räume brauchen Reparaturen und Auffrischung auch der Pool und Poolbereich. Sonnenschirm ganz kaputt Pool nicht wirklich sauber, film auf Fliesen (an Füßen und Händen spürbar) abfallende Ränder, Fugen schwarz. Alle 2 Tage kam einer vorbei und hat nach dem Wasser geschaut, doch Pool wurde nicht gereinigt. Und die kamen über Tag oder Abends. Mann musste also immer mit denen rechnen und war also nicht wirklich frei.
  Keine Einfahrt für's Auto, das brannte den ganzen Tag in der Sonne auf der Straße.
  Und am besten sind die 2 Hähne vom Nachbarn. Direkt neben der Villa ist ein Hühnernhof und die beiden Hähne haben sich ab 02:30 Uhr gebettelt. Die erste Woche war kein schlafen möglich. Erst nach dem wir uns beschwert haben und wir die Villa verlassen wollten hat man ein Hahn woanders untergebracht.
  Doch blieb das Problem bestehen mit einem Hahn.
  Im Haus und um das Haus waren Ameisen normalität. Wir haben jeden Tag mit Ameisen zu kämpfen gehabt.
  In der Sauna waren Holzlatten von der Decke abgefallen und lagen in der Sauna auf dem Boden herum.
  Auf die Frage warum das so wäre bekam ich die Antwort das im Sommer niemand die Sauna benutzen würde da es draußen heiß genug wäre.
  Sorry die Hitze draußen hat nichts mit einer trocken Sauna zu tun.
  Problem wäre auch Handwerker zu finden die es wieder dranmachen.
  Dinge die man eigentlich selbst beheben kann.
  Der Preis ist einfach zu hoch dafür. Vor 8 Jaren vielleicht, aber so wie es jetzt ist August 2024, auf garkeinen Fall gerechtfertigt.
  Wlan nur bis ersten Stock. Die obere Etage hat kein WLAN..
  Auf Anfrage warum das so ist wurde mir gesagt das bisher niemand gefragt hätte.
  Alles faule ausreden.
