  Good location. Taxi stand is outside apartment near the main road.
  The apartment was exactly liked it was in the photo and well equipped.
  We loved the choice of nearby restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: You can hear music from nearby bar but this didn’t bother us, the apartment is in the centre so we expected it to be lively.

  Die Größe und Aufteilung des Apartments, stylische Küche, bunte Wände, hübsche Details, hell und freundlich, perfekte, zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, traditionelles Haus, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp, der Wasserspender in der Küche war total super, er wurde auf Nachfrage prompt und kostenlos nachgefüllt, 3 Klimaanlagen, gutes WLAN, problemloser Check-in und Check-out
  
  What could be improved: Leider nicht gut gepflegt. Warmwasser kommt erst nachdem mindestens 5 Minuten das Wasser läuft und es spritzt in alle Richtungen. Wenn man das Warmwasser nachjustiert, muss man wieder warten, bis Warmwasser kommt. Wir haben das reklamiert. Der Mitarbeiter hat sofort gewusst, was los ist!!! Sie wissen genau Bescheid und reparieren das nicht!? Die Handbrause ist unbedingt zu tauschen, Hand- und Badetücher wurden 9 Tage nicht gewechselt, auch die Bettwäsche nicht, das Apartment wurde zwischendurch nicht gereinigt, 3 Rollen WC-Papier für 2 Leute. Nachtschrank nicht zu öffnen, es gibt keinen Griff, ein Stück Holz ist aus der Eingangstür ausgebrochen, ein großer unappetitlicher Fleck auf dem Sofa, kein Geschirrtuch, kein Küchenschwamm, im Eingangsbereich stehen Putzmittel herum, usw… jedes für sich eine kleinere oder größere Kleinigkeit, aber in Summe doch störend! Schade. Die Wohnung wäre mit etwas mehr Pflege ganz toll 🙂

  What could be improved: Несмотря на то, что для жизни вся мебель есть, при заселении не было мыла, Геля для душа, таблеток в посудомойке. По запросу хозяева все принесли.

  Central location.
  All in all apartment looks good and stylish.
  Kitchen is relatively big and probably would be comfortable for cooking.
  
  What could be improved: Noise is terrible. It felt like being in the centre of night club.
  Very loud music till 1 AM at night.
  Impossible to sleep!
  We were super tired and couldn’t get rest before our flight.
  I was travelling with my mom, who is elder person, and sleepless nights impacted her health negatively. I was considering changing the place to sleep.
  Also when we arrived it seemed like no one was expecting us to come. We had to wait outdoors so that apartment could be prepared.
  I was asked to pay, even though Payment was done with Booking. So I was trying to explain the situation and show my reservation.
  
  All in all it felt like clean, especially kitchen, but towels were wet. Bathroom is really small. Chairs need cleaning, there were visible dark spots.
  
  There was no communication through booking, no one responded my message and I didn’t have any other contact person.

  What could be improved: The noise from the disco downstairs that Boho hosted late into the night. The music is so loud that the building vibrates this went on for 4 out of 5 nights that we were there for. There was no information on the Booking.com site regarding this. The rooms are NOT sound proof. The furniture is not comfortable in general; the kitchen is ill equipped- not a dishcloth or tea towel; the couches are too low and uncomfortable; the kitchen bench – unable to sit at it as no leg room; the towels were brand new but never been washed – not very absorbent. Claims to be luxury accommodation – it is not; the entry foyer is untidy and full of cleaning equipment

  Amazing location near hadrians gate, beautiful modern apartment with AC, washing machine, all kitchen appliances. Host Kaan was absolutely brilliant very accommodating and easily reachable via WhatsApp. Would definitely stay here again.
