You know what struck me first about Bulut Apartment? The name actually makes sense when you’re standing there – “bulut” means cloud in Turkish, and honestly, this little place sits in this residential pocket of Antalya where everything feels sort of elevated and airy. It’s tucked away on 663. Sokak in the Arapsuyu neighborhood, which I’ll be straight with you – it’s not where the tour buses dump everyone. That’s actually the whole point.

The building itself is pretty typical for this part of Antalya, nothing fancy from the outside, but once you’re inside it’s clear someone put thought into making it work for travelers. The apartments are well-sized (I mean, you can actually open your suitcase without rearranging all the furniture), and the kitchenettes are properly equipped – not just a mini-fridge and a prayer. What really got me was how quiet it stays, even during the summer madness. The street’s residential enough that you’re not dealing with late-night bar crowds, but you’re still close enough to walk to the main areas without needing a taxi every time you want dinner. The local dolmuş route runs pretty regularly too, which locals will tell you is half the battle in Antalya.

Here’s the thing about staying in Arapsuyu – it’s where you get a feel for how people actually live here. There’s a little market around the corner where the guy behind the counter will remember your face after two visits, and the morning bread delivery happens early enough that you’ll hear the motorbikes if you’re a light sleeper (though honestly, it becomes part of the charm). The 8.5 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for a 3-star place – it’s not trying to be something it isn’t, but what it does, it does well. The management’s pretty responsive, check-in was straightforward, and they actually know the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the touristy spots everyone hits. If you’re the type who wants to feel less like you’re staying in hotel-land and more like you’ve got a temporary local address, this works really well.

  Прилетели в 2 ночи. Хозяин выслал все инструкции для самостоятельного заселения. Проблем никаких не возникло.

  Просторная квартира с большим балконом, я жила одна, но поместились бы четверо. Удобные кровати и диван. Холодильник и кондиционер со своими задачами справлялись. Белье чистое и свежее, чистая кухня. Столовых приборов и посуды было достаточно.
  
  Само здание красивое, ухоженное, приятный подъезд. Хозяин просто молодец, очень отзывчивый, старается во всем помочь и быстро отвечает на вопросы🥰
  
  What could be improved: Сантехника (краны в ванной и кухне без насадки, вода брызгает во все стороны), маленький напор горячей воды. Хотелось бы какую-то штору в ванную или швабру с резинкой, чтобы воду после душа можно было загонять в слив, иначе пол весь в лужах.
  
  И ещё ощущение было, что пол вообще не мыли. И помыть нечем. Я купила большие влажные салфетки, чтобы сделать уборку, они были все чёрные после использования.

  This was a spacious apartment in a fantastic location, walking distance to Konyaalti beach and with multiple supermarkets and restaurants right nearby. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, the large kitchen, and the welcoming living area, and felt safe in the area. There are heaters in several rooms, a large bath, and air conditioning. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Antalya city but has a convenient bus stop right outside, so we were able to get around with ease. It's also a beautiful beachside walk from this apartment to the old town Kaleici, which takes about 90 minutes and winds past several panoramic viewpoints and trendy coffee shops. I was glad to have booked this place instead of something more central, which would have been more expensive and less relaxing.
  
  What could be improved: We would have loved some essential amenities such as hand soap, dish soap, spare toilet paper, and washing detergent, as we arrived to a very bare-bones home and needed to buy these ourselves (there is now plenty left in the apartment!).
  
  Ideally, it would also be fantastic if the apartment had a dishwasher, oven, and/or clothing dryer or interior airer. However, for the price of the apartment, these are small complaints – it was great value.

  Stayed for new year . Lovely spacious clean apartment . With great hosts . Piping hot water and great facilities and good locations near to bus stop to get into Antalya and Konyaalti easily .

  The apartment has good noise insulation, a kind landlord who is always happy to help. Everything is clean and there is plenty of space. The flat is close to shops and transport. We did not experience any problems. I would definitely recommend it.
  
  What could be improved: No oven in our flat. If you wish, you can clarify this when booking, as the owner has more than one flat.

  Location was great.all shops restaurants pharmacy ect all within walking distance . Also u could walk to the beech if u felt up to it or get a taxi all great..then a bus in to antalya or taxi.host meliah was lovley very kind. And just overall great and helpful.

  Apartment is really nice, spacious and has everything needed for a comfotable stay. It has perfect location, just 15 mins walk to Konyaalti beach, and 1 min from the main road, from where you can take public transport. There are many supermarkets around. The owner was very helpful and fast and responsive to every request we made. I would like to come back again.
