Cabbana Hotel Lara Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Cabbana Hotel Lara? Walking up to this place, tucked away on 2052. Sokak in the Çağlayan neighborhood, I wasn’t expecting much – honestly, the street looked pretty ordinary. But then you step inside and it’s like someone’s stylish friend decided to open a hotel without asking permission from any tourism boards. They don’t have an official star rating, which actually works in their favor because they’re not trying to be something they’re not.
The whole vibe is refreshingly unpretentious. I mean, sure, a 7.6 rating isn’t going to blow anyone away, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – a place that’s comfortable without the fuss. The rooms have this lived-in quality that feels more like staying at someone’s well-designed apartment than a corporate hotel chain. What really sold me was the attention to small details – good reading lights (thank god), actually decent water pressure, and they’ve managed to keep street noise to a minimum even though you’re right in the heart of Lara. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right, though don’t expect lightning-fast service if you’re used to bigger properties.
Here’s the thing about this part of Antalya – you’re close enough to the main Lara action that you can walk to the beach and restaurants without feeling like you need a taxi for everything, but far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually get some sleep. I noticed a lot of repeat guests during my stay, which tells you something. The neighborhood has this authentic Turkish residential feel during the day, with local cafes and shops that aren’t specifically targeting tourists. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle on busy weekends – just so you know – but the front desk usually has suggestions. If you’re the type who needs every amenity under the sun or expects everything to run like clockwork, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you appreciate character over polish and want to feel like you’re actually staying somewhere with personality rather than just passing through another generic hotel experience, Cabbana Hotel Lara delivers in ways that surprised me.

Reviews of Cabbana Hotel Lara
Iryna from United States – 22 October 2024 (9/10)
Large rooms, well and uniquely designed rooms, which is rare, large tvs compared to the rest of turkish hotels. Superb breakfast! Amazing staff! Unfortunately, I stayed during the remodeling of the cafe downstairs which will be re-opening right after my departure, so inability to enjoy breakfast in the open was somewhat inconvenient along with some construction noise. Otherwise, it is very nice, two steps away from the the main road with cliff park and restaurants.
Jalal from United Kingdom – 13 July 2024 (8/10)
Good breakfast, even though we was late a couple times for breakfast they still served it. The staff we're friendly and made sure downstairs was cooled.
If you want to be away from the busy cities, this is the place to be. Is quieter but have loads of attractions within a 10 minute walking distance. There is parking opposite the hotel on street, as its a quiet street there was always parking available. We thought we'd try the lunch at the Cafe downstairs and it was great.
What could be improved: Perhaps a different breakfast everyday.Nadiia from United Kingdom – 24 May 2024 (8/10)
Nice and fulfilling breakfast with funny and inevitable company of a local cats.
The hotel owners are always in touch and very hospitable, even despite the language barrier.
There were enough toiletries in the bathroom, towels and extra linen were also included.
Accommodation is close to a bus station to Antalya city center, but with a great desire it's also possible to walk there among a coast for couple hours. In opposite direction there are lower Düden Waterfalls, which ones it's good to see both in a daylight and after sunset.
What could be improved: The room was generally clean, but someone had left their socks in the bottom drawer of the closet, and there were leftovers in the microwave. We cleaned it all up, maybe hotel cleaner missed it by accident or in a hurry.
No more complaints.Bowseyhd from United Kingdom – 6 May 2024 (8/10)
Is was like home, the people were so kind and friendly couldn’t fault them at all made us feel so welcome and were great with the baby. Would definitely recommend if your a family coming to Antalya
What could be improved: There was no complaints at all reallyEvgeniia from Germany – 26 April 2024 (8/10)
The host doesn't speak English, but we could understand each other, since there is a lot of Routine in what you can ask. The room was clean and nice with enough space for 2. The breakfast was simple but good and fresh.
There was a lot of space for free parking on the street next to the Hotel.
What could be improved: We lived under the roof and probably because outer walls are made of plastic panels, we heard every plane, every small and big car and motorbike, cats betting for food or whatever. As if everything described was right next to my ear.Yurii from Turkey – 2 March 2024 (7/10)
The staff was very friendly with us. The breakfast was perfect.
What could be improved: It was cold in the room. May be we need more blankets or a heaterCem from Turkey – 30 January 2024 (8/10)
Everything we needed was thought of in advance. The hotel owner and staff are helpful, polite people. I'm glad to know them.

Very nice small hotel, very kind owner, the design was nice and it was clean.
What could be improved: It smelled tobacco all the time in the hall, the pillows are very uncomfortable.Boris from Russia – 5 October 2023 (9/10)
All was excellent, furniture, plumbing in excellent condition, helpful staff. Quiet, despite the planes taking off nearby. Close to shopping malls.
What could be improved: The stairs to the fourth floor without railings, not very comfortable with sore legs.
