CASA FORA BEACH RESORT & Spa-Ultra All Inclusive Overview
You know what? CASA FORA Beach Resort genuinely surprised me – and I say that as someone who’s stayed at way too many Turkish coast resorts over the years. Located right on that stretch of Alparslan Türkeş Boulevard heading toward Mersin, it’s positioned perfectly between Antalya’s chaos and the quieter coastal towns. The thing is, most people zoom past this area without realizing there’s actually some pristine beach tucked away here.
The ultra all-inclusive setup here is honestly impressive without being overwhelming. I mean, you’ve got your typical resort spread – multiple restaurants, spa facilities, pools that seem to go on forever – but they’ve managed to keep it feeling less like a tourist factory and more like, well, an actual retreat. The spa component isn’t just tacked on either; you can tell they put real thought into it. The treatment rooms overlook the Mediterranean, and there’s this subtle scent of eucalyptus that drifts through the wellness areas. What really got me though was how the staff seemed to actually remember your name after day two – not just the front desk people, but the folks working the beach umbrellas and restaurant servers too.
The beach itself is the real winner here. While everyone’s fighting for space at the more famous Antalya beaches, this stretch stays surprisingly manageable even during peak summer months. The water’s that perfect Mediterranean blue-green, and honestly, the beach maintenance is better than places charging twice as much. I noticed they rake the sand every morning around 6 AM (yeah, I’m an early riser), and the lounge chairs aren’t the cheap plastic ones that leave marks on your back. Location-wise, you’re about a 25-minute drive from Antalya’s old town if you want to explore – the hotel runs a shuttle service, though I’d recommend renting a car since there are some incredible hidden coves along this part of the coast that you’d miss otherwise. The 8.3 rating makes sense to me; it’s solid five-star comfort without the pretentious attitude you sometimes get at these places. Sure, the Wi-Fi gets spotty near the beach (but honestly, isn’t that kind of the point?), and the evening entertainment can be a bit cheesy if you’re not into that resort vibe. But for pure relaxation with genuinely good food and service that doesn’t feel forced, it delivers exactly what you’d hope for.

We stayed at the hotel for a month, and overall, everything was excellent. It's a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Of course, over the course of a month, you experience a lot, both good and not so good. Here are the main points I’d like to highlight:
• Internet: Due to technical issues, the internet was down for several consecutive days. On some days it worked perfectly, while on others it was extremely slow. It’s hard to draw a definite conclusion, but if you're planning to work during your trip, be prepared for unexpected connection issues.
• Room: Everything was great — the room was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and a bottle of water provided every day. There might be an issue with the sewage system, as there was a persistent odor in the room and around the hotel every evening. We had a room with a pool view, which meant occasional noise from the bar in the evenings, but the music never played past 1 a.m.
• Restaurant: The food variety was impressive — chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, and a wide selection of fish every day. The salads and vegetables were diverse and delicious. The dessert station was a real treat; you could try something new every day and still not manage to sample everything. The downside was the cleanliness of the dishes — particularly glasses, wine glasses, and cups. One time I was served wine in a glass that still had a visible dried lipstick stain. However, the staff working in the restaurant were very pleasant and always smiling. They promptly cleared empty plates from the tables, so you never had to sit surrounded by dirty dishes.
• Spa Center: You can get a beach towel at the spa and exchange it daily or as needed. The sauna is quite small and barely warm, possibly designed just to warm you up before entering the hammam. The hammam itself is large and beautifully decorated. The spa offers a wide range of treatments, though the prices are a bit high.Andrii from Lithuania – 28 May 2025 (9/10)

Beach facilities were amazing- wonderful soft beds and sun roof, loved every minute there! Varied buffet, safe food, mini disco, friendly cleaning lady, laid back atmosphere. Wonderful animation team first 7 days of our visit. Piano player in the lounge every night was magnificent. The fact that there were lots of activities organized every day and night.
What could be improved: I have a 2.5 year old daughter. Some areas of hotel didn’t feel safe. For example, hand rails on stairs. At one place the gap was wide enough for a smaller kid to go through and injure themselves. Broken bottle was left on our floor on corridor for hours and small chards were only vacuumed hours later. Music in amphitheater was extremely loud, even for mini disco, my daughter cried several times from it and it was hard to enjoy shows. Level of noise was unsafe both for children and adults. There are no options for gluten and dairy sensitive guests and no marking of food. When I asked, staff didn’t understand my question. Second week animation team was not great since we had such a good experience to compare with during the first week. Room was not cleaned for 4 days, after asking it was cleaned every day. Room was functional but dated. The worst part was cigarette smell every night that made it to our room from somewhere although rooms are non smoking. Some staff members were very unmotivated and didn’t enjoy their job at all (many were great though).Roxana from Chile – 24 May 2025 (9/10)
Perfect resort for relaxing and enjoying the beach and pool. Excellent buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All open 24/7.

It was calm, near the beach, perfect for a short and reposing stay.
What could be improved: A lot of things were broken (WC, plates, glasses, cuttlery). A lot of place were also smellyOrla from Ireland – 18 May 2025 (8/10)
The water slides. The cats. The staff. The beach. The arcade.
What could be improved: Bit isolated. Tv needs Netflix or something like that.Zhanna from Ukraine – 16 May 2025 (8/10)
It was great stay at the hotel! Hotel is very nice and clean, perfectly clean pools. We arrived about midnight and we very warm welcomed, we even were surprised that bar and night restaurant still open. Most of the staff speak English and were very helpful all the time. The food at the buffet was great. Huge salad bar with all kind of vegetables, fruits, greens, dressings, as well we were happy about fresh grill options of fish, chicken, and other kind of food.
If you wanna spend time by the pool- cool. Because there is a great bar and little buffet with pizza, pasta, French fries, burger stations and Ice cream. Same thing you will find on the beach. And they have a really cool slides for kinds and adults.
Every day and every night entertainment team provided all kind of sports activities and shows.
Our room was cleaned every day. As well we really enjoyed the full Spa treatment. Spa manager Ilkin was super friendly and attentive.
As well Gokhan, Devrab, Merige, Fidan are very nice and friendly.
The only thing that could be improved is a quality of the wine. I was fine but my boyfriend wasn’t impressed so he tried mixed drinks instead of wine which he really loves.
So we decided to come back here next year with our family members.
What could be improved: We stayed for 2 weeks and 2 days it was no internet but it’s not a hotel fault.
It’s little bit far from the city. But we took a tour and enjoyed Alanya.Justinas from Iceland – 14 May 2025 (7/10)
Allot of food choise, clean.
Enteetainment team are verry friendly
What could be improved: Everyone is smoking everywhere, including personel. Especialy they smoke by the main entrances, and all the smokes goes inside the hotel.
Personel smiles only until you use your credit card to pay, after that they act like they don't know you, especialy after they tries to sell massage, wich is a bit overprice. Don't forget to neggociateBarbara from United Kingdom – 13 May 2025 (8/10)
We liked the swimming pool & area round it. The food & rooms were great.
The beach area was good, the bed chairs & beach bar excellent but getting into the sea was hard as it was rough & the stones hurt your feet.Abdul from Germany – 12 May 2025 (9/10)
We like food outside swimming pool, slides and all activities. Great place to visit with kids and have fun and quiet time.
