You know what struck me first about Casamax Suites? It’s tucked away on this quiet residential street in Konyaaltı, but you’re actually only about a ten-minute walk from the beach. I mean, the address might look complicated with all those Turkish abbreviations, but once you find 1334 Sokak, you’ll realize it’s perfectly positioned – close enough to everything but far enough from the tourist chaos that hits the main coastal road during summer.

The suites themselves are honestly bigger than I expected. When they say “suites,” they mean it – there’s actual separation between the sleeping area and living space, which is a godsend if you’re traveling with family or just want somewhere to spread out after long days exploring Antalya’s old town (which, by the way, is maybe 15 minutes by tram). The kitchenettes are functional too, not just for show. I actually used mine quite a bit because there’s a great little market just a few blocks away where you can grab fresh produce and Turkish specialties. The air conditioning works like a dream – and trust me, you’ll appreciate that during those sweltering July afternoons when Antalya hits 40 degrees.

What really sets this place apart though is how the staff genuinely seems to care about getting the details right. Check-in was smooth, they had solid recommendations for restaurants that weren’t just tourist traps, and when I had questions about getting to the airport early in the morning, they sorted out a reliable taxi without any fuss. The building itself is modern but not sterile – you get the sense they’ve thought about comfort over flashiness. Parking can be a bit tight (it’s Turkey, after all), but they do have spots available, which is more than you can say for a lot of places in this area. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the walls could be slightly thicker – you might hear your neighbors if they’re particularly enthusiastic about their vacation, but it’s nothing that would keep you awake unless you’re an incredibly light sleeper. Honestly, for a 4-star place with a 9.5 rating, Casamax delivers exactly what you’d hope for without any unpleasant surprises.

  It was situated close to the university , the area demographics where of local people and students . Good restaurant coffee shops around and not too pricey.

  Everything is above expectations. Beautiful serviced apartments. Nice views. Shops underneath including a pharmacy, Starbucks and beautiful bakery as well as various restaurants. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I woukd stay again without hesitation. All rooms have electric shutters in lounge and bedroom so if you want complete darkness you can.

  What could be improved: Nothing really but it’s important to have a car because there isn’t much to do around that’s within a walking distance.

  Our stay was very good. The apartment was very clean and they provided us with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and the location was quiet and good for reaching places of interest in Antalya. Excellent taxi service from the hotel. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
  
  What could be improved: The TV had no English channels so we had to watch the news on You Tube. Some of the staff spoke very little English making communication a little difficult. Breakfast was provided at 2 locations nearby via coupons and both restaurants were not flexible so you could only select 2 fixed items on the menu. If you did not like it, you would have to pay for your choice entirely. You are not allowed to pay the difference between coupon value and the price of your choice. We abandoned the coupons after Day 2.

  The location is great, with an amazing view on the mountains! Safe location next to a university and police station, many people walking in the streets even at night. There are cafes and fast food restaurants on the street. We rented a car at the airport which made it much easier to move around (underground parking is included). You can drive to the beach in 10mins, or to the top of the mountain or the city or the beautiful zoo in 20mins. There is also a park within walking distance. The apartment is big, very comfortable and was cleaned everyday. There is a ton of storage, AC, and a big kitchen (we cooked most days, there are two supermarkets on the street). The staff was great! We loved our stay there! 😊
  
  What could be improved: There could be more cooking utensils (chopping board, spatula, towels, mixing bowl).
