City Moonlight Apart Hotel Overview
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from City Moonlight Apart Hotel when I first pulled up to 828. Sokak – it’s one of those residential streets in Antalya that tourists don’t usually stumble onto by accident. But you know what? That turned out to be exactly what made this place special. The building itself has this understated elegance that grows on you, and the fact that it’s tucked away from the main tourist drags means you actually get to sleep at night without drunk Germans singing in the courtyard (I mean that in the best way possible – we’ve all been there).
The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, which is refreshing after staying in those shoebox hotels along the coast. I had this corner unit with windows on two sides, and the morning light was just… well, it made drinking coffee feel like an event instead of just caffeine maintenance. The kitchenette actually works – like, properly works with decent appliances – so you can grab fresh tomatoes and cheese from the Saturday market near Konyaaltı and make yourself a real breakfast. The staff seems to genuinely care about getting things right, which sounds like marketing speak but honestly shows up in small ways. They knew I was coming back late from a day trip to Kaş and left extra towels without me asking, that sort of thing.
What really sold me on this place was the neighborhood vibe. You’re close enough to walk to the old town – maybe 15 minutes if you don’t mind a bit of uphill – but far enough away that you feel like you’re staying where actual Antalya residents live. There’s this little bakery two blocks down that opens at 6 AM and makes the kind of börek that spoils you for anywhere else. The metro tram stops pretty close by, so getting to the beach or the airport doesn’t require negotiating with taxi drivers who suddenly forget how to speak English when it comes to the fare. Parking can be a bit tight on the street, but the hotel has a small lot that usually has space if you’re not rolling in at midnight. The 8.3 rating feels about right – it’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it delivers on being a comfortable, well-run place where you can actually relax. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to explore more of the region rather than just plant myself on a beach chair for a week.

Reviews of City Moonlight Apart Hotel
Ammar from Lebanon – 16 February 2025 (9/10)
Large rooms.
Staff is friendly especially Mr. Ismail, he is very helpful.
Wifi signal is strong unlike most hotels.
Very calm street, and very near to the city center.
Very near mosque, great choice for muslims.
The shower is so good.
The woman in the breakfast is very kind and helpful.
What could be improved: The lighting in rooms must be better, its poor at night.
The pool is small.
The fitness center is only dumbels and treadmills
The breakfast variety should be better.
No cleaning service.Nahla from Iraq – 13 January 2025 (7/10)
The hotel is a clean hostel and the staff are friendly and helpful and the location was good. The breakfast is good and meets your needs, but I usually do not eat breakfast in the morning. I used to ask for Turkish coffee and they used to prepare it for me with love. By the way, our flight was at 6 pm and they allowed us to stay in the room until 2 pm.
What could be improved: The lighting was poor and depressing, especially at night.Anzhelika from Georgia – 6 January 2025 (8/10)
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close enough to the old city. The room is clean. There are two air conditioners in the apartments, the fridge, the kettle and the dishes. There is enough space for remote work and a stable interned connection. The breakfast is basic and well served.
What could be improved: The sauna which is listed in the facilities did not work because of electricity issue (however electricity was fine everywhere but in sauna).Riwaa from Netherlands – 5 January 2025 (9/10)
Comfortable bed
Quiet at night except for the call of prayer from the Mosque nearby. It didn't disturb my sleep personally.
Friendly staff at the reception except for the guy who doesn't speak English, friendly cleaning lady and the two ladies in the kitchen were very nice to all guests.
Very friendly staff member who made sure I got some breakfast twice when I was leaving early on a day trip and then on the day of checking out.
What could be improved: The first room didn't have hot water and the air-conditioning barely worked. Mr. ISMAEL had changed the room for me and the second room I got was just great. Also, the receptionist on the night of my arrival barely spoke any English and it was quite difficult to communicate with him. I didn't get a warm welcome and it took him ages ro check me in. Also, it's a 25 minute walk to the city centre where the old town is. There are lots of bus stops in the area but it would still take 25 minutes approximately to get to the old town.Jiri from Czech Republic – 21 October 2024 (8/10)

I liked the apartment room a lot of space. Also liked that it is kind of next to the city centre maybe 15 min walk which is not too bad. The air con also was good and has air con in the front room and the bedroom all controlled by remote control.
What could be improved: I didn’t like the breakfast very poor selection of items they should have added way more breakfast items. The women will cook eggs but you only get to be served twice which means the breakfast is not unlimited as they say it is. All of the breakfast buffet is left open with a lot of flies around the buffet and other peoples germs. They should have little metal covers that can be lifted up and replaced to stop germs being spread. They didn’t offer a takeaway breakfast for the times that I couldn’t make it due to excursion taking place before breakfast. Also breakfast starts at 8am which is very late because if your excursion picks you up at 7:30 you won’t make it which is what happened to us on two occasions. They don’t offer any beach towels which is crazy as every hotel I have stayed in provided this even if you have to leave deposit I wouldn’t mind. They also said we cannot use the bathroom towel as beach towel forcing us to make other arrangements. They make it look better than it actually is via booking.com as the gym is very small and the indoor pool doesn’t even water inside and not working. The sauna you have to book time slots which means you have to plan your day when you should be able to use it anytime you wish. Outdoor pool very small. I received a complaint from reception saying that my tv was too loud however it was only on volume 14 which is not loud at all forcing me to turn it off. Lift was broken on few occasions forcing us to walk up the stairs. Your better off buying food outside of hotel as the breakfast did not fill me up due to it being very limited. No balcony view and my apartment located right next to people’s houses being we can see each other anytime we look out the window. Area around the hotel a little run down location looks better when you get to the main road.Anastasiya from United Kingdom – 14 September 2024 (9/10)
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially two breakfast ladies and the receptionist Naile (sorry if we misspelled the name🙂). Good selection of breakfast food, away from the main road, great location to the city center and the beach.
Thank you so much for your hospitality!James from United Kingdom – 7 August 2024 (9/10)
Staff very friendly & accommodating and very helpful. Hotel very clean with a good decor throughout. Rooms are very spacious with a modern decor, all amenities catered for in the room. Outside area very clean with a nice pool. Full use of sauna & gym although we didn’t use. Would highly recommended thank you for a pleasant stay. A+
What could be improved: Minor things, shower head not working properly & couple of maintenance bits to look atArshdeep from India – 7 August 2024 (9/10)
The rooms were clean and food was good.
