  Very helpful friendly staff. Couldn't do enough to make us feel relaxed and welcome. Clean. Tasty food. Lovely fruit bar, ice-cream and waffle cafe, and patisserie and chocolate made fresh daily.
  
  What could be improved: Limited choice for celiac gluten free. For example the koftas and chicken were made with gluten containing seasonings. But there was always grilled fish, loads of salad and cheese and usually an Indian buffet. Then in the patisserie section, gluten free deserts are kept right next to gluten deserts so there is a possibility of cross contamination. It's a shame because getting gluten can spoil the evening.

  Beautiful hotel with superb service! We stayed in february and some parts of hotel were closed, however it wasnt an issue for us. Heated big swimming pool and aquapark are great (very warm), as well as indoor pool and spa area. Kids club one of the best, we’ve been too, kids didnt want to leave, staff is super friendly and we really appreciate that! Would be glad to come back.

  Food was delicious, rooms was amazing and big enough for us and our baby. Staff was really helpful and nice. Hotel looks pretty new and all equipment is simply amazing.
  
  What could be improved: This is not a negative of the hotel and it is not the hotel's fault. Almost 99% of the guests are from Russia and they behave very uncouth and condescending. They treat the staff rudely and sometimes I really felt sorry for the staff.
