First Impressions

Walking into Der Inn Lara, you immediately get that feeling of stumbling onto something good that most tourists haven’t figured out yet. This four-star property sits right in the heart of Şirinyalı, and honestly, the location alone makes it worth considering. The lobby has this clean, modern vibe without trying too hard — you know what I mean? It’s the kind of place where you can tell they’ve put thought into the details without going overboard. The overall atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between contemporary design and welcoming comfort.

Perfect Positioning

Here’s what I love about staying in this part of Antalya — you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the chaos of the main tourist strips. Şirinyalı has this local neighborhood feel that actually lets you experience Turkish life a bit. The beach is literally a short walk away, and I mean the good stretches of coastline, not the overcrowded sections. Plus, there’s free parking here, which anyone who’s driven around Turkish coastal cities will tell you is basically gold. The neighborhood offers an authentic experience while maintaining convenient access to major attractions.

The Accommodations

My room was surprisingly spacious — these aren’t cramped European-style hotel boxes. The air conditioning actually works (trust me, this matters in Antalya summers), and the beds are comfortable enough that you’ll sleep well after long days exploring. The bathrooms are modern and clean, with decent water pressure. Nothing fancy, but everything functions properly, which is honestly what you want when you’re using the hotel as your base for adventures. Each apartment-style unit provides excellent value and practical amenities for extended stays.

Morning Fuel

The buffet breakfast deserves a mention because it’s actually quite good. I mean, you get the standard Turkish breakfast spread — fresh bread, local cheeses, olives, tomatoes — but they do it well. The coffee’s decent too, though if you’re particular about your morning caffeine, there are some excellent local cafes within walking distance. What I appreciated was that breakfast runs until a reasonable hour, so you don’t have to rush if you’re on vacation time. The dining area provides a pleasant setting to start your day.

Why Guests Love It

The staff here genuinely seems to care about making your stay work out well. They’re helpful with directions and recommendations without being pushy about tours or upsells. Couples especially seem to appreciate this place — and I can see why. It’s got that sweet spot of being comfortable and well-located without the crowds of the big resort hotels. You can walk to restaurants, the beach, and local shops, but come back to a quiet, well-run hotel at the end of the day. For the price point, it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.

  LOCATION GOOD BUT ON MAIN ROAD. BREAKFAST PASSIBLE.
  The Manager, Yusuf, was very helpful and attentive.
  
  What could be improved: Although our room had a French balcony it overlooked a busy main road with traffic noise. The bed could have been better.

  What could be improved: Just don't buy included dinner. Looks like they improvise every evening. I think i was the only one who had included dinner, for the drinks they give only free water in a bottle. Dessert was served only once out of 5 days.

  I really enjoyed my stay at Der inn hotel, I asked if I could change my room when I arrived, nothing wrong with it, just wanted a different view, they were happy to change it, no problem. Breakfast was OK, toast wasn't included, so I had to pay for that. Very surprised as the other hotels I've stayed in included toast with breakfast. Be really good if they could include it. I chose half board, the evening meal was nice. I also ordered the burger and chips which was lovely and the avocado salad was really nice. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable.Tea and coffee facilities in the room, topped up daily. Unfortunately I couldn't get the WiFi to work in my room had to go downstairs to to use the Internet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again at der inn hotel again 😊

  We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, with good breakfast, nice room with balcony, nice service. At the morning I use the sweeming pool – that was so nice! The bathroom maybe a little small, but we did not care. I didn't expect much of this small hotel but the atmosphere was fantastic and the staff incredible. I would any time recommend this hotel.Thank you very much!!
