  The family friendly ammenities and set up were perfect! Our kids particularly loved being able to go back and forth between kids club and the waterslides which were steps away. A special thank you to Melisa who welcomed our children and made them excited to go back each day. The club had all day activities from crafts, football, cinema, yoga, dancing, you name it. To make it even better, a kids snack bar was right in the middle. As parents we felt like we also had some quiet time to enjoy some unlimitted starbucks, have a drink or just read while the kids were in kids club. The food was also very fresh, varied and had a feeling like it was made by Grandma in the kitchen.
  
  What could be improved: I do wish supper was offered earlier then 630 pm for families with young children and earlier lunch option for 1130!

  I must acknowledge that the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff ensured that the premises were well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The hotel staff to was extremely supportive and responsive. The facilities were also impressive. From well-equipped fitness centers to recreational areas, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to various interests. Additionally, the availability of daily activities provided ample opportunities for guests to engage and make the most of their stay. One aspect that I cannot overlook is the food. The gastronomical experience at buffet surpassed my expectations. The diverse and delicious menu offerings were truly a delight to the taste buds.

  Great hotel, great facilities, adults and kids had a great time.
  The hotel is big and there are many activities, pools etc… so even when the hotel was fully booked (during our stay), we didn't feel that it was over crowded, we even found ourselves alone in the indoor pool, and in addition there is no queue for the slides, so this is great for the kids (the kid was sliding the hall day!).
  Not sure about the location we never left the hotel, so the location was not an issue for me anyway.
  
  On the very positive side:
  The hotel in general, pools, slides, activities and entertainment (kids and adults), bars, kids club, rooms and service – top level service starting from reception and everywhere you go.
  
  Special thanks to Ali from the main building bar, really nice person and makes great cocktails, in addition he is a great example for the top level service in this hotel.
  
  What could be improved: There is not much on the negative side, but for me personally the food in the main restaurant was not that great, I mean the variety is crazy, there is meat, fish, pasta, salads soups and many more, but I can say that for my personal taste only like 20% was good, which by the way is more then enough in this case, I was never hungry.
  
  Few examples:
  The meat and the fish were always dry, I guess some people might like it that way but for me it's just too dry.
  The deserts were tasteless in most cases, again the variety is crazy, so you need to find the good 1-2 out of the 100 options.
  There was a sushi theme one evening which is great, problem is the sushi was really bad, the quality was really low.
  
  Another point is cleaning, the room was clean in general but you can see that the maid only cleaned the floor in the visible parts. I think that it's vital to clean also the non visible parts of the room like under the bed or around it at least from time to time.

  The place is well maintained and has plenty of facilities and activities (in-water and ground) to offer for both adults and kids. Staff is super-friendly and service-oriented, speask mostly Russian, less English. Huge choice of food, you'll find dishes to your taste, but it doesn't vary much day-to-day.
  
  What could be improved: The bed is uncomfortable, mattress covered by non-breathable protective sheet. Loud music in the evening (unless you close the windows). Not easy to find shade near the pools. Nothing interesting to visit outside of the hotel. The sea water is not so clear and not so pleasant.

  The location, the overall quality of service, the food, the beach pavilions and their incredible staff service, the sea, the multiple options available to have fun during the night (club, bars, pier, etc.)
  
  What could be improved: The room can be slightly noisy at times when other customers come back late or when their children make noise. But overall, we slept like babies thanks to the incredibly comfortable king-size bed
