The furnished flat setup works brilliantly here, especially if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights. I mean, having a proper kitchen changes everything when you’re dealing with those gorgeous Turkish tomatoes and fresh bread from the local bakkal down the street. The space feels lived-in rather than sterile – there’s actual personality in the furniture choices and layout. What really sold me was the attention to details that matter: good water pressure (seriously, this isn’t always a given in older Antalya buildings), reliable wifi that actually works in every corner, and those little touches like proper hangers and decent lighting for reading. The morning light comes in beautifully too, which makes sense given how the building sits on the street.

Location-wise, you’re in that sweet spot where Konyaaltı feels residential but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. The beach is an easy walk – maybe ten minutes if you’re not rushing – and you’ll pass some of those family-run restaurants that locals actually eat at, not just tourist traps. There’s a dolmuş stop nearby that’ll get you to the old town or Lara Beach without much fuss, though honestly, I found myself just walking most places. The neighborhood has this relaxed vibe, especially in the evenings when families are out strolling and the tea gardens start filling up. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak summer months (July and August get pretty crowded), but the host seems to have figured out some solutions – definitely worth asking about when you book. One thing I appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re not isolated from the city. You’ll hear the occasional motorbike or late-night conversation drifting up from the street, but it’s more ambient than disruptive. The whole setup feels like you’re staying at a well-traveled friend’s place rather than just passing through another hotel room, which is probably why people keep giving it such high marks.

  Всё понравилось. Расположение отличное – тихо, уютно. Комфортно, чисто, удобно, доброжелательно. Мебель, посуда, сантехника – всё довольно новое, свежее и в отличном состоянии.
  3 мин. пешком до моря – пляж мелкие камушки, море чистое, волшебное.
  Хозяин встретил в аэропорту и любезно отвёз обратно (трансфер по нормальной адекватной цене).
  Обмен валюты по нормальному курсу 10-15 мин. пешком – в сторону от моря – хозяин так же доходчиво и понятно подсказал, как пройти.
  Великолепный променад вдоль моря – по полчаса и более можно гулять в оба конца – куча кафешек, ресторанов, магазинов.
  Налево – вдоль моря, через минут 20 – начинается чудесный высокий скалистый берег – там уютные ресторанчики с роскошным видом на море. Оттуда ещё примерно за полчаса можно дойти до Старого города.
  Экскурсии покупали у хозяина. Он всегда рядом и отвечает на все вопросы .
  Большой торговый центр 5М Мигрос – минут 20 пешком – всё есть 🙂

  Только мы сами так и не освоили местный общественный транспорт.
  Есть карта для него и недорого можно доехать, куда пожелаете. Дерзайте.. :))

  Понравилось абсолютно все! Месторасположение- идеальное, пляж , кафе, рестораны, супермаркет – все рядом. В апартаментах очень уютно и чисто, есть все необходимое.

  В квартире есть абсолютно все, что нужно: вся посуда, стиральные и моющие средства, утюг, фен. Короче, можно ничего дополнительного не покупать.
  При этом очень удобное расположение – до пляжа 3 минуты.
  Хозяин очень дружелюбный и комфортный в общении.
  
  What could be improved: Единственный минус, что прямо рядом с аппартаментами мечеть. Нужно быть готовым что-то в 5 утра в течении 10 минут нужно будет слушать молитву по громкоговорителю. Но в целом к этому привыкаешь и дальше продолжаешь спать:))

  Very hospitable host, location of the property is outstanding, proximity to the beach, groceries are located within short walking distance, very clean, neaty district, cozy rooms, comfortable furniture, great sets of kitchenware and utensils. This place become my second home.

  The location is perfect. Groceries, dining, beach, park – everything is just outside the doorstep. Historical center is 20 minutes away by taxi.
  The owner is a hospitable and polite man. Always ready to help and attentive to tenant's needs.

  Сподобалось все. Розташування: до пляжу хвилина повільним кроком, магазини BIM, Migros, Sok зовсім поряд, також навпроти помешкання приватний магазинчик з усім необхідним і відкритий допізна. Поруч багато місць де можна смачно поїсти і покурити кальян. Сама квартира ідеально чиста, меблі та побутова техніка нові. Два телевізори з You tube та Netflix. Кондиціонер, пилосос, праска. Побутова хімія і засоби догляду, фен. Постільна білизна та рушники у великій кількості. Окремо про кухню: холодильник великий, духовка, витяжка, кавоварка. Посуд! На будь яке меню! Навіть є контейнери для зберігання продуктів.
  Господар дуже приємна людина. Спілкування англійською та німецькою мовами в нього прекрасне. Також можна в нього взяти автомобіль на прокат по вигідним умовам для «своїх» мешканців.
  
  What could be improved: Не можна сказати що це нас якось турбувало але хочу сказати- в недалекій відстані знаходиться Ісламський храм. Якщо ви чутливі, нервові або щось таке – вам може не сподобатись періодично релігійний спів.
  Але в нас вікна були закриті, працював кондиціонер і сторонній шум нас не турбував.
  Та й взагалі- ми любимо Туреччину загалом😍 і з мечетями в тому числі.
