  The location is great, quiet street but close to restaurants, shops and the sea. The staff is helpful and the room was comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: We took an apartment with kitchen but no chance to get wine glasses. No restaurant on the site if you need something apart from the breakfast.

  Breakfast was excellent. A variety of options were served everyday with fresh salad and we never felt rushed by staff. The property had a washing machine that worked very well.
  The staff were fantastic! They could speak English which was very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Guests were smoking everywhere and we found that a bit irritable as my son has a very sensitive airway and doesn't tolerate smoke and dust very well. There wasn't enough crockery and cutlery in the rooms. Nice breakfast but no salad cream or mayonnaise to accompany it. The showers need upgrading and the taps in the kitchen sink were faulty.

  The staff were amazing. Always friendly, smiling, helped with everything. We had to extend our stay after a change of flights, all resolved and stayed in our same room with no trouble. Room was clean, spacious, very comfy bed. We had 2 rooms on the upper floor, both were amazing!

  The staff were amazing, Kemal on the desk the first night really set the tone for the whole stay. Friendly, always smiling, so proud of his hotel (especially the new painting outside), I'm pretty sure we even saw him showing some guests around the local area. Sorry, I didn't get names, but the others were all so amazing too, all so helpful. We had to extend our stay due to flight changes, this was no trouble and they kept us in the same room with no hassle. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from, do not agree with the negative comments about this at all. We had 2 rooms, both were clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was great, close to everything while not in the middle of the business. We were on a family holiday, Saw a lot of medical tourists there, but absolutely a great spot for anyone. Taxi button directly outside. Several shops within minutes. Small but nice pool to cool off.
  
  What could be improved: If I absolutely had to say 1 thing, maybe just a few extra pots and pans in the kitchen, but we made it work with what we had.

  Exactly as described and very picturesque. Staff were really friendly. Suite was really spacious and had everything we needed. Maids came in every 2 days to change sheets, towels, replenish bottled water, empty bins.
  
  What could be improved: The beds were hard. The floors in the suite were always dirty.

  Kemal was the manager at the facility and he was bery helpful in guiding us what to do, where to go and also tried yo help us with booking tours through his contacts.

  What could be improved: There were no cleaning products included (washing up liquid, etc), so if you want to use plates and cups, you need to bring your own.

  We stayed here for two nights and cant express how happy we were in this hotel. The rooms are amazing. Very big, spacious and very comfortable. The location is also nice. Not much far from city centre and very near to the sea, although not much far from airport. The staffs are very nice and very helpful. They have helped me a lot planning my trip in Antalya. Also the hotel is surrounded by lot of good restaurants and cafes which made it easier for us to plan our lunch and dinner. Overall highly recommended.

  Beautiful modern room with great facilities, newly fitted kitchenette, even a washing machine. Price paid for our stay was fantastic. The staff were excellent, especially the lady at reception who was always smiling and happy to help. Breakfast was the usual bland breakfast choices to be found or expected anywhere abroad really. The hotel was conveniently enough situated, there were restaurants, shops, bars and music venues all within walking distance. Taxi to city centre was equivalent of about £5, so great value.
  Only thing letting down Ella Rooms is the "harder than iron" bed and sofa
  
  What could be improved: Bed as hard as a goats knee…
