Being so close to Erasta mall means you’ve got everything from groceries to decent restaurants right there, plus it’s connected to the tram system. I’d grab supplies from Migros in the mall, then hop on the tram to explore different parts of Antalya. The beach is a quick ride away, and you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos of staying right on the waterfront. Couples seem to really get this setup — there’s something nice about having your own space to retreat to.

Practical Stuff

The free parking is genuinely free, which honestly surprised me given how central everything is. If you’re renting a car to explore the region (which I’d recommend), this is a huge plus. The building’s pretty quiet, and the neighbors seem to be a mix of locals and other travelers. WiFi worked fine for video calls back home, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable even during those sweltering July afternoons. The kitchen has all the basics — fridge, stove, even a decent coffee maker.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t going to win any design awards, but it delivers on what matters. You get proper space, a great location that’s connected but not touristy, and the freedom to live a bit like a local.   What could be improved: Basic amenities were missing. No dish washing detergents etc, very limited and refilled toiletries, bedsheets were previously used and not washed, no room sleepers etc, overall just mere place to sleep and no facilities

  It was clean. The bus stops are nearby as well as supermarket and places to get food. There were quite a lot missing (2 towels per person, enough toiletries, enough toilet paper) but the staff was helpful and they brought the stuff we asked for during the day.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, there still wasn’t any sponge and washing liquid for the dishes, almost no detergent. The water pressure was low and the water was either cold or hot. But the situation with water depended on the day and alignment of the stars as far as I can judge.

  L’appartement est propre et le propriétaire est très disponible. La proximité des transports en commun, markets, pharmacies est un plus. Il y a un centre commercial en face de l’appartement.
  
  What could be improved: Les équipements/ustensiles de cuisines étaient très sales et usées. Après signalement, ça a été changé mais c’était toujours aussi usée avec des rayures dans la poêle. Aussi il n’y avait pas assez d’ustensiles comme des cuillères et fourchettes. Compliqué pour ceux qui préfère cuisiner.
  
  La salle de bain est très petite et inconfortable difficulté à poser ses serviettes de bain.

  The property didn't have microwave but the owner provided his own microwave which was good enough in making the food warm.
  In the whole process, the owner was very helpful. She accepted the cash so I didn't pay any extra conversion fees from GBP to Turkish Lira.
  
  What could be improved: The code provided by the host didn't work but she told me the correct code when I contacted even at late night.

  The location was close to the beach,shops, and to.the mosque.Kepez is one of the best place I have been located in Antalya.

  Отличная квартира. Из аэропорта можно добраться на трамвае (с одной пересадкой на станции Otogar/Batigar) остановка Kultur. Обратно ехали на такси за 500 лир (Uber)
  До моря 10 минут, до центра Анталии 15 минут на трамвае или автобусе.
  В квартире все есть для комфортного проживания. ТВ, утюг, фен, стиральная машина, холодильник, сушилка д/белья, кухня, на кухне моющие ср-ва, кондиционер в каждой комнате. Квартира чистая. Кровати очень удобные. Постельное белье и полотенца чистое. Дверь подъезда на кодовом замке, в подъезде видеонаблюдение. Есть место для курения и отдыха на улице. Не далеко магазин Cok, через дорогу торговый центр Эраста. Хозяин быстро отвечает на сообщения (WhatsApp). Приехали раньше времени, квартира была свободна и заселились раньше. Спасибо!!!!
  
  What could be improved: Лифт только до 3 этажа, на 4 этаж крутая лестница. Не напрягало, но будьте готовы к этому.
