ERDEM HOTEL Overview
Look, I’ve stayed at plenty of three-star places along the Turkish coast, and ERDEM HOTEL honestly surprised me in ways I wasn’t expecting. The thing is, when you’re walking down Akdeniz Boulevard in Konyaaltı, you pass a bunch of similar-looking hotels, but there’s something about this one that just feels more… settled, I guess? Like it’s not trying too hard to be something it’s not.
The location is actually pretty smart – you’re right on the main boulevard, which means you can walk to that long stretch of Konyaaltı Beach without dealing with the crazy traffic that builds up during summer afternoons. And honestly, being in Arapsuyu neighborhood puts you close enough to the action but far enough from the tourist chaos around the old town. I mean, you can still hear some street noise (it’s a busy boulevard, after all), but it dies down after 10 PM most nights. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful too – not just going through the motions, but actually asking if I needed directions to specific places. One guy even drew me a little map showing the shortcut to the beach that avoids the main pedestrian crowds.
What I really appreciated was how the hotel feels lived-in rather than sterile. The rooms aren’t going to win any design awards, but they’re clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning actually works well – which, trust me, matters a lot during those sweltering July weeks when Antalya turns into an oven. The breakfast spread is decent for a three-star place, nothing fancy but they do fresh bread and local honey, plus Turkish tea that’s actually strong enough to wake you up. You know what really sold me though? The little balconies. Most rooms have them, and if you’re facing the right direction, you can catch glimpses of the Mediterranean between the buildings. It’s not a full sea view, but there’s something nice about having that hint of blue while you’re having your morning coffee.
The 7.1 rating makes sense to me – it’s not perfect, but it delivers on what it promises without any major disappointments. I noticed the Wi-Fi can be spotty on the upper floors, and the elevator is one of those old-school slow ones that makes you consider taking the stairs. But honestly, for the price point and the location, these feel like minor trade-offs. The cleaning staff clearly take pride in their work, and there’s this family-run vibe that makes the whole experience feel more authentic than those big chain hotels closer to the airport. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring Antalya and just need a solid base with easy beach access, ERDEM HOTEL does the job well. Just don’t expect luxury – expect comfort, convenience, and that particular Turkish hospitality that makes you feel like you’re staying with people who actually care about your experience.

1st line, sea view, very nice and helpful staff!
We (2 adults with 3 kids and a baby) were staying in Family room and it was the perfect fit.
What could be improved: The windows are not soundproof and you can hear every sound from the street. Though all family members maganed to sleep well, except me:(
Breakfast could have been better, but you won't starve.Lobna from United States – 3 October 2024 (6/10)

What could be improved: Room is dated and needs renovation. Also no coffee or tea and no safe to store valuables. Soap in shower was cloggedSaveera from United Kingdom – 16 July 2024 (8/10)
This hotel was a stone throw away from the beach and local shops. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Family friendly. Clean spacious rooms. Would definately book again.

I was travelling off-season to participate in Runtalya Marathon. Spent just 2 nights. Good location, easy to access, free parking lots around. Couple of small local grocery shops (Tekel) and Turkish street food downstairs. Seaside, restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast at terrace, friendly staff.
What could be improved: Very noisy even at night, location is just on the main road and there are lots of venues around full of people. So, take your ear plugs if you want to be in bed early and have a good rest.Mannoubi from Bahrain – 30 July 2023 (8/10)
Location is just opposite to the beach
Quiet rooms , sea view, very clean, friendly staffRobin from Belgium – 1 July 2023 (9/10)

What could be improved: Maybe more continental breakfast options would be goodTahmad from Germany – 27 June 2023 (7/10)
The location was fantastic, practically on the doorstep of Taksim. The rooms were recently renovated, showcasing a modern, clean, and bright atmosphere. The price for this stay was truly remarkable.
What could be improved: The bathroom was exceptionally compact, and if one wasn't careful, the shower drainage could become problematic.Mohammed from United Kingdom – 24 August 2022 (8/10)
Good location good price
What could be improved: The breakfast needs to improve more better choices and the WiFi
