  The location is perfect – you are within walking distance of the beach and restaurants with great food.
  Our host Aslan was friendly, punctual and took the time to explain how to get to the beach, shops etc.
  We also missed our connecting flight from Istanbul meaning we could only check in much later in the day – he was super accommodating and checked in with us throughout our journey.
  We didn't spend load of time at the apartment so we didn't need much, but everything is there if you do.

  Separate entrance, simple parking, quiet, plenty of space as a quite large unit, plenty of hot water.
  
  What could be improved: The comments below did not ruin our stay, but if you want to improve these are suggestions, that would get to top marks.
  
  The fact that we had to chase for a microwave which was listed but not there when we arrived. Needs some attention to detail, as there was only limited crockery and cutlery. Much of the crockery was unmatched and chipped . Much of the cutlery was mixed and only enough for three (ok for us) but it was not badly in need of changing for something where the blades were not loose. It is supplied with a washing machine and dishwasher, so leaving a few washing tablets for both would be useful and mean not having to buy a full box, same applies to washing up liquid. Very limited toiletries, so would be better if these were included considering the price paid.
  I would suggest more attention to the detail, especially as the owners, I believe do not live in Turkey.

  The house is spacious, equipped with everything a family needs. Our stay was enjoyable and really relaxing. The beach is free and close and not crowded. The pool is clean and very well looked after. The staff are always in touch and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: There is a bit strange system of electricity use limit. I have never faced it before. But it's not expensive really so it's unusual but ok.

  The staff the equipement. The flat is large, modern and there is a nice garden and swimming pool. Very kind and responsive staff.

  Spacious and clean apartment (except one bedroom), great swimming pool and equipment for kids, the host was very responsive and arranged necessary things for us. The property is 10 minutes walk from the sea, beach is on the wilder side but we like it better. Location is quiet and great for stay with kids – several playgrounds nearby. Big supermarket is 15 minutes walk. Overall great value for money.
  
  What could be improved: One bedroom is very small. Shower in the morning was rather cool on non-sunny days. Matrass is on the harder side and I prefer it softer. No tea, coffee, oil and similar is provided – which is typical for rental apartments in Europe.

  It’s a good place if you don’t want to stay in a hotel and experience life of the locals. The apartment was clean and tidy. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool. The host Yasemin was very helpful and friendly.
