Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a place called “2022” – I mean, that’s not exactly the most inspiring hotel name, right? But this little family-run spot in Kuşkavağı turned out to be one of those hidden gems that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special. It’s tucked away on a quiet side street just off the main Konyaaltı strip, which actually works in your favor because you get all the convenience without the constant buzz of traffic and late-night revelers.

The family who runs this place – and I do mean family, you’ll probably meet three generations during your stay – has this wonderful way of making the whole experience feel personal without being intrusive. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully set up, like someone actually lives there rather than just designed them for maximum bed capacity. You know what I really appreciated? The kitchen actually has proper cooking equipment, not those sad little camping burners you usually get in hotel kitchenettes. The balcony faces toward the Taurus Mountains rather than the sea, which might disappoint some people initially, but honestly, watching the sunrise hit those peaks while you’re having your morning coffee is pretty spectacular.

Location-wise, you’re about a fifteen-minute walk to Konyaaltı Beach – and I mean the good part of the beach, not the overcrowded sections near the big resort hotels. There’s this little bakery just around the corner on 558th Street that does incredible börek in the mornings (the family will tell you about it), and you’re close enough to the old cable car station that you can easily get up to Tunektepe for those sunset views everyone raves about. The neighborhood feels genuinely residential, so you’ll see kids playing in the streets and grandmothers hanging laundry – it’s that authentic slice of Turkish life that’s getting harder to find in the touristy parts of Antalya. Parking can be a bit tight during peak season, but there’s usually space on the side streets if you don’t mind walking an extra block or two. The 9.6 rating makes sense once you’re there – it’s not luxury in the marble-lobby sense, but it’s the kind of place where everything just works and the people genuinely care about your experience.

  Расположение очень хорошее , тишина , не далёко море, магазины рядом. Сама квартира очень хорошая , всё что надо для жития – бытия есть . Большое спасибо Елене , по любым вопросам помогала. Рекомендую!

  Дуже вдале розташування. До моря метрів 500, поряд дитячий майданчик, магазини, базар. У помешканні дуже чисто та затишно. Є все необхідне.

  Arrived late at the apartment, but sparta was at the door waiting for us, the apartment was super clean, and tidy , apartment has Aircon and hot water. The pool and garden is very nice well looked after . I have enjoyed my stay and recommend to anybody visiting antalya

  The host was there to greet us even though we arrive at 1am local time. We was welcoming and even helped with our luggage. Once inside the apartment, he showed us around and how to operate everything. Set us up on wifi and even offered to take us to the local shop to get some essentials for the kids. Helped me download a local food app to get food delivered and was always on site throughout our stay for any problems we may have. He helped us when we checked out and again helped with our luggage. Spartac the host was really excellent and even our kids loved him. We honestly could not have asked for a better host. Now the apartment itself was beautiful, the decor and cleanliness was 10 out of 10. No complaints what so ever. We would 100% go back!
