Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “Family Apart-Hotel 2022” I thought it was going to be one of those generic places with weird English translations and questionable décor. Boy, was I wrong. This little gem tucked away on 558th Street in Kuşkavağı is actually one of those finds that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a secret.

The thing about this neighborhood is that it’s properly residential – you know, where actual Antalya families live, not just the tourist bubble near the old town. You’ll hear kids playing in the courtyards and smell someone’s grandmother cooking börek in the mornings, which honestly beats any hotel breakfast ambiance. The apart-hotel itself feels more like staying at a really stylish friend’s place than a typical accommodation. Each unit has this modern-meets-Mediterranean vibe that doesn’t try too hard – clean lines, good lighting, and those little touches that show someone actually thought about how people live, not just how a place photographs. The kitchen setup is legit too, with proper cookware and a fridge that actually keeps things cold (you’d be surprised how often that’s an issue).

What really gets me is how quiet it stays despite being in the middle of everything. The building’s set back just enough from the main road that you’re not hearing scooters at all hours, but you can still walk to the dolmuş stop in about three minutes when you want to head into the center or down to the coast. Parking’s not a nightmare either, which – if you’ve tried to park anywhere near Kaleiçi during summer – you’ll appreciate. The whole place has this relaxed energy that’s hard to fake; maybe it’s because it’s family-run and they’re not trying to cram in maximum occupancy or upsell you on every little thing. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and they actually seem to care that you settle in properly rather than just handing over keys and disappearing. I mean, the place gets a perfect 10 rating from guests, and after staying there I get why – it’s not trying to be the fanciest spot in town, it’s just really, really good at being exactly what it is.

  It was a great stay with a very attentive and maximally helpful host. Elena helped with everything—from fixing small things to providing us with a Christmas tree with decorations to make our holiday better. She shared some tips about the place, gave advice, and was always ready to help.
  
  The accommodation itself was quite good – a lot of kitchen equipment, an elevator, and rooms that are bigger than they look in pictures.
  
  Location is an additional bonus. On the one hand, it is 7 minutes to get to the seaside, to the best beach in Antalya. On the other side you can access lots of shops, cafes and services nearby.
  
  What could be improved: Out of 15 days of our staing, it was raining for 10 🙁 but this has nothing to do with the accommodation.

  La situation géographique, quartier résidentiel proche de la mer et des différents commerces. Le GROS + fût la gentillesse de l'hôte!!! Elle est vraiment TOP!!!
  
  What could be improved: La piscine pourrait etre plus grande, car c'est une piscine commune à tout les résidents, mais ce n'était pas trop grave car la mer était toute proche.

  Отличные апартаменты, все соответствует описанию. До моря 7-8. минут неспешным ходом, хороший и чистый галечный пляж. В пешей доступности продуктовые магазины и кафе, до автобусной остановки тоже недалеко. Огромная благодарность Елене – всегда была на связи, все показала и рассказала, даже проводила нас на местный рынок♥️. Однозначно рекомендую эти апартаменты!

  Very clean; well equipped – everything is exactly as it appears in the photos. Very good wifi connection. Air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room.
  The administrators do not speak English but we managed to communicate with them in writing, via whatsapp (I think they use some translator program); we received answers to all our questions.
  Bus stop to the center 5 minutes away; a lot of supermarkets in the area; restaurants 5-10 minutes away – for all tastes and budgets
  The beach about 10-15 minutes walking distance (notice to those who do not like to walk or do not have the necessary physical condition); small pebbles on the beach; you can choose to sit on a sunbed (approx. 150 lira per person) or use the area without sunbeds, for free. Showers and toilet on the beach.
  
  What could be improved: The cleanliness on the way to the beach and on the beach itself leaves much to be desired, but that it is not the host's fault.
  The upstairs bathroom is difficult to ventilate; there is no air conditioning in the upstairs hall, but they were not a big inconvenience for us.
