The location score here is 9.0, and couples in particular seem to rate it highly for a reason — there’s something genuinely romantic about wandering these streets in the evening. You can reach the old harbour on foot in just a few minutes, which is worth doing at least once at sunset.

The Rooms

The rooms carry that same traditional konak character as the rest of the building — think wooden ceilings, warm tones, and a sense of space that feels considered rather than just functional. It’s not minimalist or ultra-modern, and that’s kind of the point. You’re staying in a restored Ottoman mansion, so the aesthetic leans into that history rather than fighting it. Beds are comfortable, and the overall feel is cosy without being cramped.

The Restaurant

The restaurant is actually part of the name, which tells you something — it’s not an afterthought. Breakfast here is the kind of spread that makes you linger longer than planned, with local cheeses, olives, fresh bread, and all the things a proper Turkish morning table should have. Dinner is worth trying too, especially if you can grab a table in the courtyard area when the weather’s good. I mean, eating outside surrounded by old stone walls in the middle of Kaleiçi — you’re not going to find that at a chain hotel.

  This hotel is located right in the heart of Antalya old town. Closed to everything in walking distance. Very clean and staff were friendly, and helpful. I will stay there again, worth every penny. 😀👌👍

  Fantastic Stay at Fatma Sultan Hotel
  
  Fatma Sultan Hotel was an absolute gem and a fantastic find! While not exactly in the heart of Kaleiçi, it’s still very close, offering a peaceful retreat just off the beaten track. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to all the amenities in the area, as well as transport links, including two trams that take you directly to the airport and Alanya.
  
  The room itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, wardrobe, and a comfy king-size bed. The recently renovated bathroom was spotless, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. While there was no balcony in our room, guests are welcome to enjoy the lovely terrace.
  
  We had our own key to access both the room and the restaurant, which made it incredibly convenient to enter the building through the terrace.
  
  The restaurant was a real highlight of the stay, offering homemade food that was both delicious and comforting. The homemade ayran was a nice touch and added to the authentic experience.
  
  Overall, this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, providing the perfect base for our adventure in Antalya. As seasoned travelers, we highly recommend Fatma Sultan Hotel — it’s an absolute bang for your buck!

  Perfect room in the perfect location for our purposes. The room provides all your basic needs for the price you pay. The restaurant – wow! We had 3 meals at the hotel’s restaurant during our 2 night stay because the food was delicious and authentic and we couldn’t get enough!
