This family-run villa sits right on Antalya‘s coastline, and once you step through those doors, you realize you’ve stumbled onto something pretty special — especially if you’re traveling as a couple.

Here’s the thing that really sets this place apart: they have their own private beach area, which is actually rare for smaller properties in this part of Turkey. I mean, you can literally walk from your room to the sand in about thirty seconds. The beach isn’t huge, but it’s perfectly maintained and never crowded since it’s just for villa guests. I spent most mornings there with my coffee, watching the sun come up over the Mediterranean — and trust me, that view never gets old. The sound of the waves combined with the fresh sea breeze creates an atmosphere that feels worlds away from the busier tourist beaches.

Location and Getting Around

The villa’s position on the coast is brilliant because you get that secluded beach feeling, but you’re still close enough to Antalya’s main attractions. What I loved most was the free parking right on-site — you don’t realize how valuable that is until you’re driving around Turkish coastal towns looking for a spot. The staff actually gave me great recommendations for local fish restaurants that tourists rarely find, which tells you they genuinely care about your experience. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration without feeling overwhelming.

The Accommodation Experience

The rooms are clean and comfortable, though don’t expect cutting-edge design or fancy amenities. What you get instead is genuine Turkish hospitality and attention to detail. My room had a small balcony overlooking the water, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (crucial during summer months). The family who runs the place remembers your name and actually asks about your day — it feels more like staying with relatives than at a commercial hotel. Each room is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Why Couples Love It

I can totally see why this place gets such high marks from couples. There’s something inherently romantic about having your own slice of Mediterranean coastline, especially during sunset hours when the whole beach turns golden. The intimate size means you’re not fighting crowds for beach chairs or dealing with noisy tour groups. Plus, the staff goes out of their way to arrange special touches — I saw them set up a private dinner on the beach for one couple during my stay. It’s that kind of thoughtful service that makes you want to come back. The combination of natural beauty and personalized attention creates an unforgettable experience.

  What could be improved: Kohteeswta oli harhaanjohtasvia kuvia ja tietoja. Oletimme että se on huvila; "villa". Se olikin tylsä kerrostalohuoneisto, jossa kapeat portaat asunnon puolelle, surkea suihku ja läpi yön haukkuvat koirat pihalla.

  хороший чистый дом, два этажа. На первом этаже гостинная и кухня, на втором две спальни – одна с двуспальной кроватью, другая с двумя односпальными. Третьей спальни нет, хотя в описании дома указано, что она есть. На каждом этаже есть балкон. Две ванные комнаты, но душ есть только в одной. Есть стиральная машина, фен, утюг и гладильная доска. Хозяйка отзывчивая и дружелюбная. Говорит только на турецком языке. По всем вопросам можно к ней обращаться, подскажет и поможет быстро решить проблему. Есть вай фай, но достаточно медленный (меньше 5 Mbps)
  
  What could be improved: Отсутствовала заявленная третья спальня. Узнали об этом только при заселении, поэтому испытывали некоторые трудности, так как арендовали виллу на 6 человек. Рассчитана она максимум на 5 человек. Диван на первом этаже полутораспальный, второй человек не поместится. Также адрес виллы отличается от той точки, которая указана на сайте – вилла расположена немного в другом месте, дальше от пляжа, напротив здания tourist hotel (зеленые ворота номер 18). Хозяйка не говорит и не понимает по английски, приходилось общаться через переводчик на турецком языке. Также был всего один ключ (электронная карта) для прохода на территорию виллы, что было не очень удобно для проживания большого числа гостей
