You know what struck me first about this place? The name actually undersells it – “Heart of the city with unique views of the sea” sounds like generic marketing speak, but honestly, they nailed the location. I mean, you’re right on Akdeniz Bulvarı, which is basically Antalya’s main artery along the coast, and those sea views are genuinely something special. Not the tiny glimpse-if-you-crane-your-neck kind you get at most city hotels, but proper Mediterranean vistas that make you want to grab your coffee and just stare for a while.

The whole setup feels refreshingly authentic for a 4-star place. Check-in was smooth – no pretentious marble lobby nonsense, just efficient and welcoming. What I really appreciated was how the staff actually knew the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to Kaleiçi (the old town), the guy at reception didn’t just point vaguely but told me about the little shortcut through the side streets that locals use. Takes about twelve minutes on foot, maybe fifteen if you’re the type who stops to photograph every orange tree. The rooms themselves have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake – good beds, proper water pressure, and windows that actually open (you’d be surprised how rare that’s becoming). Air conditioning works well too, which matters more than you think when Antalya decides to turn up the heat in summer.

Here’s what sold me on the place though – it’s got that sweet spot location where you’re connected to everything without being trapped in tourist chaos. Walk five minutes inland and you’re in actual residential Antalya, with corner markets and that amazing börek place that doesn’t have an English menu. Head toward the water and you hit the marina area pretty quickly. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season (honestly, what isn’t in Antalya?), but there’s a public lot two blocks over that most visitors miss. The 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but everything just works the way it should. The kind of hotel where you end up extending your stay because it feels like a proper base rather than just somewhere to crash between attractions. Plus, and this might sound silly, but the morning light hitting those sea views is pretty spectacular – especially if you’re up early enough to catch it before the city fully wakes up.

  Great location close to the beach and plenty of decent coffee shops and restaurants. On a high floor so the balcony had a great panoramic sea view. Apartment had plenty of windows making it light and airy. WiFi worked well. Bed was comfortable and a good duvet.
