So I stumbled upon INNO CONCEPT HOTEL tucked away on this narrow side street called 1243. Sokak – honestly, you’d walk right past it if you weren’t looking for it. It’s basically hidden inside the Erbaş business building, which sounds way more corporate than it actually is. The whole setup is pretty unconventional, I mean, you’re taking an elevator up to what feels like someone converted office space into this really thoughtful boutique spot. No official star rating because, well, it doesn’t fit into those cookie-cutter categories, but that’s exactly what makes it interesting.

The design is what got me first – whoever put this together actually has an eye for detail. It’s got this minimalist thing going on, but not in that cold, sterile way some boutique places do. More like someone’s really well-designed apartment that happens to rent rooms. The rooms themselves are compact but smart about storage, and honestly, the beds are way more comfortable than you’d expect from a place this size. What really surprised me was how quiet it gets at night – being tucked inside that business complex means you’re not dealing with street noise from the main drags. Though I should mention, the whole “inner door Z1” thing on the address isn’t just bureaucratic nonsense – you actually need to know that to find your way around the building.

The location is pretty clever if you know Antalya at all. You’re not right in the tourist madness of Kaleiçi, but you’re close enough to walk there in about fifteen minutes when you want the old town experience. There’s this little market around the corner where locals actually shop – not the tourist trap version – and decent coffee spots that don’t charge resort prices. The staff seems to get that most people staying here are looking for something different from the big chain experience. They’re helpful without being hovering, you know? One thing though – parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving. The building has limited spots, so definitely ask about that when you book. Overall, it’s got this 7.9 rating that feels about right – not perfect, but genuinely interesting and well-executed for what it’s trying to be. If you’re the type who’d rather stay somewhere with character than somewhere with a pool you’ll never use, this place actually delivers on that promise.

  – The bed was comfy.
  – The breakfast was nice.
  
  What could be improved: – The bed cover was extremely thin, and even after requesting a replacement, the reception provided the same inadequate one.
  – The room was suffocating—no openable windows at all. If you have asthma or need fresh air, beware. They removed the window handles and told us to rely solely on the AC.
  – We paid for a garden view, but instead got a terrible view of an empty pool under construction.
  – The hotel atmosphere felt unsettling and uncomfortable.
  – The hotel's location is poorly situated—it's in a very dark area with barking street dogs, making it feel unsafe.
  – When we turned on the TV at a low volume, staff knocked on our door and demanded we turn it off…

  Sehr neues modernes Hotel nett gemachtes Restaurant. Lage nah zum Flughafen sehr ruhig ubd im Grünen sonst wohl mitten in Industriegebiet

  What could be improved: Bathroom was TINY. Shower sprayed water everywhere leaving standing water in front of sink. Elevator barely accommodated 2 people with 2 carry-ons and stopped not exactly at the floor having us to step up to exit.

  La gentillesse du personnel, la climatisation dans les chambre (même si sa position pourrait être changé, car sur les lits, pas fantastiques)
  Les bouteilles d’eau sont gratuites et fourni durant tout le séjour! Quartier calme
  
  What could be improved: Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est un peu limité, peu varié.
  Hôtel encore en travaux de rénovation mais pas très dérangeant.
  La douche de la chambre aurait mérité un rideau de douche et également une brosse pour nettoyer les WC😅

  Property is still new and going through renovations. The Balcony from our room was not very clean. But the staff were super nice and accommodating with our requests(for a room move as we had booked with a balcony but got a room without a balcony. And for extra sheets and towels). It was also not so convenient to Uber from there to the city, especially at night. Breakfast was really good!

  This hotel is very conveniently situation on the tram line between the center and the airport. The Rooibos restaurant has excellent food and the personnel is extremely courteous, friendly and warm. We felt at home and can only recommend this place. We’ll be back!

  Cet hôtel est très joli, neuf et propre. Les matériaux ainsi que la literie sont de qualité. Les chambres sont très belles et le nettoyage très bien réalisé. Nous avons été accueillis par un homme très sympathique et souriant.
  L’hôtel n’étant pas terminé nous n’avons pas pu accéder à tous les équipements, ce qui est normal.
  
  What could be improved: Cet hôtel n’ayant ouvert que très récemment il y a quelques points d’amélioration : il fait extrêmement chaud dans les couloirs, le déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus fourni et les serveuses un peu plus souriantes…

  The manager is great and very helpful if you need anything
  The hotel is still new every thing is unused and we were one of the first guests and really enjoyed our stay
