  Great value for an all inclusive hotel! We went with a group of families for Bayram and they did a really nice job putting together a celebration for kids and adults alike. The food was fresh and tasty. The only problem we had was that the hotel was quite crowded and there was only one elevator for each block, so it was always a long wait. There also wasn’t quite enough common space inside, but I think in summer when weather is better that wouldn’t be a problem.

  The pool areas were beautiful and close to all the bars and eating areas. There was plenty of activities and entertainment and you could do as much as you wanted to or just relax. There was an additional section for the younger children which was seperate from the grown- ups pool so if you were there without kids, you could still relax.
  My room with balcony overlooked the main pool area which added to the holiday feel.
  The food choices were very good and catered to all tastes and there were many dining areas depending on where you wanted to eat-inside and out.
  The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was a lone female traveller ( and a grandmother) and I always felt relaxed and safe.
  I made use of the spa twice and both times it was a very pleasant experience.
  
  What could be improved: There werent many things to criticise about this hotel but sometimes it would have been nice not to have the music on at the pool, particularly if you wanted to have a siesta in the afternoon as all the rooms are fairly close to that area and at night the volume was sometimes a bit on the loud side.
  Another minor point was having to go downstairs to fetch the towels for the pool -it would have been handier if there was a more central spot adjacent to the pools. Other than that, I could not fault the hotel.
