You’re perfectly positioned to explore the sunken city of Kekova without dealing with the crowds that descend on the more touristy spots. The boat trips to see those ancient Lycian ruins literally start from nearby harbors, and you’ll actually beat the day-trippers there. Couples seem to get this — they’ve rated the location 8.7, which makes total sense when you realize you’re getting authentic access to one of Turkey’s most fascinating archaeological sites without the circus atmosphere.

The apartment setup works brilliantly if you’re planning to stay more than a night or two. Each unit comes with a kitchenette, which honestly saved me a fortune since eating out for every meal in tourist areas gets expensive fast. The room I stayed in had this lovely stone accent wall that reminded me I was definitely not in some generic hotel chain. The view toward Kekova — well, it’s not dramatic, but there’s something peaceful about looking out toward those ancient waters while having your morning coffee.

Breakfast here actually impressed me more than I expected. They’ve got vegan and halal options, which shows they’re thinking about their diverse guest mix rather than just serving the same tired continental spread.   Incredible welcome, best bed I slept in on the Lycian way, delicious dinner served on my private balcony and they even came and got me from karaoz. Wonderful!!!

  Very nice place with a view on Kekova, nice house with pretty garden! Yusuf is very nice and he does everything to make you feel perfect! Breakfast was exceptional! We did not order dinner, but seeing breakfast… we should have reserved as well! Thanks to Yusuf and family!

  This room had the most beautiful view of the bay, Low traffic a few restaurants near by walking distance. Nice trail by the bay to hike. Our host was so awesome!!
  
  What could be improved: The driveway to get to the hotel was so steep. But that seems to be the geography for the area.

  Our host Yusuf was so kind and attentive. He was in contact before we arrived to make sure we could find our way and also to see if we wanted to have dinner and breakfast. We had a superb dinner cooked by Yusuf and his wife with produce from their own garden and from the local area. Breakfast was also generous and delicious.
  
  What could be improved: The apartments are accessed via a very steep driveway that may be difficult for the less mobile although Yusuf will drive you up from the street!

  The best place we stayed during our few weeks in Türkiye. The views were breathtaking and Yusuf the owner was so welcoming and kind. His family cooked us an amazing fish dinner which they brought to our balcony. Everything in the room was perfect and cosy. We then went down for a swim at a nearby beach and had the whole place to ourselves. Cannot recommend this place enough!

  Everything! Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a big balcony and a beautiful view. Delicious meals (by request) prepared by the most welcoming owner Yusuf and his wife. Excellent location for exploring Myra, Kekova etc

  Beautiful clean accommodation and as a bonus very helpful and kind owner… highly recommend to everyone… the food is also excellent, from the owners' home production, I will never forget their pickled sun-dried tomatoes, an absolute delicacy
