The stone house vibe isn’t just for show either. These apartments have that authentic Turkish stone construction that keeps things cool during those brutal Antalya summers, which is actually pretty brilliant when you think about it. The owners clearly know their stuff about the area – they’ll casually mention the best times to catch the boat tours to the sunken city (early morning, before the crowds hit) or where to grab proper Turkish breakfast in Demre without the tourist markup. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays here, even during peak season. You’re far enough from the main Demre chaos but close enough that you can walk to the harbor when you want to hop on one of those glass-bottom boats. The parking situation is refreshingly straightforward too – no hunting around narrow streets wondering if your rental car will fit.

That 9.5 rating isn’t just people being generous, honestly. The apartments are clean and practical (they actually have proper kitchen setups, not those sad hotel mini-fridges), and there’s something refreshing about a place that focuses on doing the basics really well instead of throwing around fancy amenities they can barely maintain. The check-in was smooth, no drama, and the family running it genuinely seems to care about whether you’re finding your way around the area. If you’re planning to explore the Lycian coast – and you should, because this stretch between Kas and Finike is incredible – this makes a solid base. Just don’t expect nightlife at your doorstep; this is more about waking up to that view, planning your day over Turkish coffee, and actually relaxing instead of feeling like you need to squeeze every minute out of some overpriced resort experience.

  Incredible welcome, best bed I slept in on the Lycian way, delicious dinner served on my private balcony and they even came and got me from karaoz. Wonderful!!!

  Very nice place with a view on Kekova, nice house with pretty garden! Yusuf is very nice and he does everything to make you feel perfect! Breakfast was exceptional! We did not order dinner, but seeing breakfast… we should have reserved as well! Thanks to Yusuf and family!

  This room had the most beautiful view of the bay, Low traffic a few restaurants near by walking distance. Nice trail by the bay to hike. Our host was so awesome!!

  Our host Yusuf was so kind and attentive. He was in contact before we arrived to make sure we could find our way and also to see if we wanted to have dinner and breakfast. We had a superb dinner cooked by Yusuf and his wife with produce from their own garden and from the local area. Breakfast was also generous and delicious.
  
  What could be improved: The apartments are accessed via a very steep driveway that may be difficult for the less mobile although Yusuf will drive you up from the street!

  The best place we stayed during our few weeks in Türkiye. The views were breathtaking and Yusuf the owner was so welcoming and kind. His family cooked us an amazing fish dinner which they brought to our balcony. Everything in the room was perfect and cosy. We then went down for a swim at a nearby beach and had the whole place to ourselves. Cannot recommend this place enough!

  Everything! Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a big balcony and a beautiful view. Delicious meals (by request) prepared by the most welcoming owner Yusuf and his wife. Excellent location for exploring Myra, Kekova etc

  Beautiful clean accommodation and as a bonus very helpful and kind owner… highly recommend to everyone… the food is also excellent, from the owners' home production, I will never forget their pickled sun-dried tomatoes, an absolute delicacy
