You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to KALİSPERA HOTEL on 569. Sokak – honestly, the street’s pretty quiet and residential, which actually turned out to be a blessing. It’s one of those smaller three-star places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not, and after staying there, I mean that in the best possible way. The name literally means “good evening” in Greek, which feels fitting since this is the kind of place where you actually want to come back after a long day exploring Antalya.

The location is sort of perfect if you know the area – you’re close enough to the old town that you can walk there without breaking a sweat, but far enough from the main tourist strips that you’re not dealing with crowds of cruise ship passengers wandering around at all hours. I spent most mornings having coffee on their little terrace area, watching the neighborhood wake up slowly. The staff genuinely seemed to remember guests’ names, which is rarer than you’d think these days. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no upselling, no complicated key card systems that never work properly. Just honest hospitality.

What really won me over was how the place feels lived-in rather than sterile. The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re comfortable and clean, with decent air conditioning that actually works (crucial during Antalya summers, trust me). The bathroom had proper water pressure, which honestly makes or breaks a hotel stay for me. You can hear some street noise in the morning, but it’s just normal city sounds – nothing that would keep you awake. The Wi-Fi worked well enough for video calls, though it slows down a bit when the hotel’s full. Parking can be tricky on the street, but the front desk folks know all the nearby spots and they’ll point you in the right direction. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to experience Antalya more like a local than a tourist – it’s got that authentic neighborhood feel that’s getting harder to find in popular destinations.

  Good staff, helped us to change a room to a new one, since in the first one there window was broken in the bathroom so we can't close it.

  The property is ideally located and exceptionally clean. The room was small but adequate for what you need. The staff are very friendly, and there is also parking.
  
  What could be improved: Just the mattress wasn’t very good but the price reflects this. Excellent value for money.

  We liked the location of the hotel itself, the staff helped with a free parking space. The hotel is clean
  
  What could be improved: The most important question is to hot water, boiling water poured from the tap, the pressure changed. For 10 minutes it was not possible to adjust the normal temperature of the water, washed in cold. The room is very small, no fridge, glasses, spoons. Yes, there are glasses and spoons on the 1st floor at the reception. But going down from the 4th to the 1st floor from your room to stir and drink the medicine is inconvenient.

  Hotel is 2 years old, so everything is new and looks fresh. Small free parking. Great staff that is always helpful. Quite good wi-fi. Location is very good, very close to center and airport.
  
  What could be improved: Extremely thin walls. You can literally hear every singe thing that is happening in the whole building. Some rooms are normal (102, 202), some are too small (103, 203). Only 1 socket in the whole room.

  Very nice location, clean room. overall price/quality hotel.
  
  What could be improved: Room was for smokers, I dont know if they have non-smoking room, but I was travelling with 7 year old kid (his age was in my reservation), so I believe if they had non-smoking room I would get one. The problem is everything stinks, I stayed there for one night and all my clothes that was in the room needs laundry, you just cannot get away from that smell.
