My room was clean and comfortable — nothing fancy, but honestly, that’s exactly what I needed after long days exploring the ancient ruins nearby. The air conditioning worked perfectly (crucial in Turkish summers), and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a mid-range hotel. You know what I appreciated most? The little touches like fresh towels daily and a balcony where I could actually sit with my morning coffee. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout the building, which isn’t always a given in this area.

Location and Getting Around

Here’s where this place really shines — the location is genuinely smart. You’re about 15 minutes from the famous Aspendos Theatre, which is absolutely worth the trip if you’re into ancient Roman architecture. The hotel provides free private parking, which is a huge relief because finding a spot near the popular tourist sites can be a nightmare. I mean, couples seem to love staying here (they rate the location 8.0), and I can see why — it’s peaceful enough for romance but close enough to explore.

Breakfast and Dining

The breakfast spread actually impressed me more than I expected. They do both continental and buffet options, so whether you want a quick bite or to load up for a day of sightseeing, you’re covered. The Turkish breakfast items were fresh — proper cheese, olives, tomatoes, and that amazing Turkish bread. I found myself lingering over breakfast most mornings, planning my day while watching other guests chat with the staff. There’s no fancy restaurant on-site, but honestly, you’re in Turkey — some of the best food is at the local spots just down the road.

  Ich habe zweimal im Kaliye Aspendos Hotel übernachtet, hin und zurück auf dem Weg nach Kappadokien. Es handelt sich um ein noch relativ neues Hotel. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist recht einfach gehalten, das Bett war aber äußerst bequem. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Das Hotel besitzt auch einen Pool, den ich jedoch nicht genutzt habe.
  Zum Frühstück gab es ein ein kleines Buffet, das mehr auf türkische Gäste ausgerichtet war.
  Das Personal war sehr freundlich 🙂

  Prostorný pokoj, plně vybavený (lednice, varná konvice), k dispozici čaj a voda koupelně fén i kosmetické prostředky. Dobrá poloha na křižovatce – blízko na Aspendos a do Küprülü. Snídaně formou jednoduchého bufetu.

  L’albergo è di recente apertura, le camere confortevoli e spaziose, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione gustosa.
  
  What could be improved: Piccole cose forse dovute alla graduale riapertura… l’aria condizionata non funzionava benissimo e il wifi c’era solo nella hall. Niente di trascendentale comunque.

  Wir haben das Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp genutzt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Orangenplantagen war ein bisschen exotisch. Für eine Nacht völlig okay.
  
  What could be improved: Hotel etwas abgelegen: Wenn man abends etwas essen möchte, muss man zur nächsten Raststätte fahren.

  What could be improved: The absence of air conditioning in the hall, in the restaurant for the breakfast and in corridor: it was very difficult to stay in those area due to the hot air. Also for bad smell from outside.

  Not enough ligt in the corridor during the night.
