The building has this clean, modern look without being flashy — honestly, it feels more like a well-designed guesthouse than your typical tourist hotel. What really caught my attention was how quiet the street is, considering you’re right in the heart of Kemer. The staff greeted me in English right away, which was a relief after a long travel day.

Perfect Kemer Location

Here’s the thing about this three-star hotel — the location is genuinely fantastic. You’re on Karayer Street, which means you can walk to the marina in about five minutes, and the main beach is maybe a seven-minute stroll. I mean, couples apparently love it here (they rate the location super high), and I can see why. You’ve got restaurants, shops, and that lovely tree-lined promenade all within easy walking distance. Plus, there’s parking right there — and it’s free, which is honestly a big deal in Kemer during summer.

The Room Experience

My room was clean and comfortable, though definitely on the compact side. The air conditioning worked well (crucial in Turkish summers), and the bathroom was modern with good water pressure. What I appreciated was the attention to cleanliness — everything felt fresh, and the bed was actually quite comfortable. The balcony overlooked the street, which some might find a bit noisy, but I liked being able to watch the neighborhood come alive in the evenings.

Daily Life at the Hotel

Breakfast happens in a small dining area that feels more intimate than those massive hotel buffets you usually encounter. It’s Turkish-style with fresh bread, cheese, olives, and tomatoes — nothing fancy, but everything tasted good and fresh. The restaurant area doubles as a social space where you’ll often find other guests planning their day trips to places like Phaselis or the cable car up Tahtalı Mountain. The staff knows the area well and can point you toward the better beach clubs or help arrange dolmuş transport.

What makes Kemer Agon Butique Hotel work is that it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. You’re getting solid three-star comfort in an excellent location without paying resort prices. The recent guests consistently rate the location highly, and after staying here, I understand why — you really can walk everywhere you need to go in Kemer. It’s particularly good for couples who want to explore the town on foot, hit the beach during the day, and find a decent dinner spot without dealing with hotel shuttle schedules. Just don’t expect a pool or extensive facilities — this is more about location and comfort than amenities.

  We came in off-season (early March) and liked it very much. The owner speaks English but isn't always there. We really liked the other man, who spoke Russian, and served the food.
  
  What could be improved: We would have had dinner, but we didn't notice that it was available until it was too late. I think it would have been very nice.

  We only stayed for one night, so the price and the possibility of a late check-in were decisive. The staff is helpful.
  
  What could be improved: I would never stay in this hotel for longer than one night. The rooms are very spartan, the bathroom old. Only cold water in the shower. Sound insulation very poor. The breakfast can be called ok only if compared to no breakfast at all. For the price totally ok, but I wouln't like to have such breakfast every day.

  Place is quiet and at the same time close to busy street with restaurants and not so far away from beach and bus stops.
  The staff was very polite, got us extra towels, pillow and duvet cover we asked for, tried to fix the conditioner (it was right opposite the bed so we couldn't sleep the first night as it blew straightly on us), helped with opening wine bottles etc 🙂
  the room was a bit outworn but clean.
  breakfasts were classical, nothing special, but good – eggs, cheese, eggplants, fries, greens and watermelons (no coffee though, so bring yours to add the boiled water). cozy little yard with tables, sunbeds and pool. And a lot of kittens, of course 🙂
  
  What could be improved: We got the room on the first floor with the window to the backyard, unfortunately there where neighbors who got chicken and all the bad smell (sour watermelon etc.) was in our room if we opened the balcony door, so we had to quickly put our swimsuits and towels to dry and immediately close the door, not speaking of spending the time on the balcony 🙁
  We stayed for week and even didn't use the first night (but payed for it) as I prolonged the previous hotel for 1 night, so I asked to change the room if possible during this week. We saw people come and go but we never were relocated, unfortunately, it partially ruined the experience.

  Everything you minimally need after a long road trip was in the room.
  The breakfast was pretty good.
  
  What could be improved: The remote control for condition did not work, so we were only able to turn it on and off, with fixed temperature of 22°C. It is completely not okay.
  The water in the shower was only too cold or too hot with the pressure changes.
  There was a smoke smell in the room.
