  resort, the prompt service and very helpful staff. particular mention goes to Katia and Deurim who are very helpful in guiding us around Antalya with what we specifically needed. Thank you all at Kempenski the Dome for making our stay so wonderful and special

  Overall, the hotel keeps its standard across all locations so I was quite confident about the choice and to be perfectly honest everything was good with only a few minor issues.
  
  What could be improved: Two things caught my attention. Technical aspects of the building such as missing paint, silicone in the bathroom, lose light switches and sockets. broken locks and things like that. Also, the quality of drinks, especially cocktails could be better or at least the hotel should offer a paid version of each as I understand the all inclusive option must be somehow limited.

  This was our third stay this year, and once again, it was absolutely amazing. Everything at Kempinski is exceptional, from the high-quality food and drinks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and will definitely be back.

  A[[ the tasty meals and desserts including chicken , fish , lamb , vegetables .I do not eat beef and pork and my wife is vegetarian ..The view from the bedroom . The heated pool and gym facilities ..The high tea was a winner .Close to Land of the Legends Mall and adventure rides .

  The staff service throughout the hotel was excellent and cannot be faulted. Every single staff member ensured that we have an amazing experience. The food throughout the hotel is high quality and you are spoilt for choice. We had the all-inclusive package which was great. We ate at Sofra on one night and it was a fantastic experience and food was high caliber. There is no shortage of food, snacks and drinks at various restaurants and lounges throughout the hotel. Live music in the evenings at the lounge was quite festive and made for nice after dinner entertainment. The rain did not hamper our enjoyment.
  
  What could be improved: There seemed to be an issue with the AC and very warm hot air made the breakfast and dinner restaurant too hot and stuffy causing nasal congestion throughout our family. The bedrooms were also too warm. We had to leave the balcony door open to get fresh air. The AC cooling aspect did not work throughout the hotel as it was set on winter mode for heating.

  The hotel offered us a very good service and we had a relaxing quiet peaceful holiday. I particularly liked the absence of animation and loud music at the beach and during evenings (although neighboring hotels produced a lot of wild noise but closing the window was removing this issue). Not having a WhatsApp group with customer relations was also nice, nobody was annoying us with their artificial care aimed at maintaining hotel ratings high. The room was spacious while the size of the hotel was very human and cosy. Beach beds were very comfortable. The food was great. The hotel guests are very decent and the atmosphere is therefore very nice.
  
  What could be improved: It is time to start refurbishing, some wooden parts and paints look worn out. Changing bed linen and pillows to more premium and comfortable ones would be nice too. WiFi at the beach needs improvement
