Sokak, it’s one of those places that doesn’t need star ratings because it’s doing its own thing entirely. I mean, when you’re walking down this quiet residential street in Antalya, you almost wonder if you’ve got the right address until you spot it – and then it just clicks.

The whole vibe is honestly refreshing if you’re tired of those cookie-cutter resort hotels that dominate this part of Turkey. The owners have clearly put thought into making this feel more like a really well-designed home than a commercial property, which explains that solid 7.8 rating it’s pulling. What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to keep things intimate without feeling cramped – there’s this careful balance between privacy and that boutique hotel charm you’re actually paying for. The building itself has character, something you don’t always get in newer Antalya properties, and you can tell they’ve worked with what they had rather than trying to impose some generic luxury template.

Practically speaking, this location is actually pretty smart. You’re far enough from the main tourist drag that you won’t be dealing with the chaos of Kaleiçi crowds, but close enough that a quick dolmuş ride gets you wherever you want to go. Parking isn’t the nightmare you’d expect – honestly, that alone makes it worth considering if you’re planning to rent a car and explore beyond Antalya proper. The neighborhood gets pleasantly quiet in the evenings, which I found perfect after long days of sightseeing, though light sleepers should know there’s the usual Turkish morning activity (not exactly silent, but not disruptive either). Check-in was straightforward, no drama, and the staff actually seemed to care about whether you found what you needed rather than just going through the motions. It’s not going to blow your mind with amenities – this isn’t that kind of place – but what they do have works well, and there’s something to be said for a hotel that knows what it is and executes that vision properly instead of trying to be everything to everyone.

  Very nice hotel for the price, staff was very friendly and helpful all throughout our 2 week stay. Good location, literally next to a supermarket and walking distance to the beach, multiple restaurants etc. Room definitely satisfied our standards and the cleaning ladies were very helpful and flexible.

  wonderful hotel, excellent value for money for the room. 30 euros per day with breakfast. Close to the sea, grocery store nearby. I stayed for 12 days and lived further but had to go home. I will definitely come back again next year. The only downside is that there are few electrical outlets and it is a bit dusty.

  Nice clean family run small apart hotel very happily located at the center of Konyalti in just 1 min of walk from the public beaches. All was good, stuff was very client-oriented, polite and friendly and for the given ratio of price/service it has exceeded my expectations, What I've especially liked about the place – it was really comfortable and silent at nights – which is HUGE plus for me. New and noiseless AC. small and cozy rooms. Delicious breakfast served not to early is also a plus. Soc market right in front of hotels entrance, good bakery's, coffee, other eating places nearby, Park with a playground in 1 block. Nice and safe place to stay for a woman travelling alone
  
  What could be improved: week wi-fi signal in my room, water has been switched of a couple of times plus there've been power outage when it's been +40C outside -but it not been a hotels fault .

  The location is great, 5 min to the beach. The room is reasonably clean (if you don’t look under the bed). All in all, ok for several days.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel is a bit worn-out, and the pool is tiny, but ok for the price. The breakfast is very basic, they visibly struggle to offer something edible at the lowest possible cost.

  Place was so close to the beach, 5 mins walk. Good location for restaurants. Free street parking and helpful staff.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast wasn't really what I expected. Its not a buffet. It's already plated for you when you enter, some salad, one egg, two small sausages, fries, tomato.
