  Very nice hotel for the price, staff was very friendly and helpful all throughout our 2 week stay. Good location, literally next to a supermarket and walking distance to the beach, multiple restaurants etc. Room definitely satisfied our standards and the cleaning ladies were very helpful and flexible.

  wonderful hotel, excellent value for money for the room. 30 euros per day with breakfast. Close to the sea, grocery store nearby. I stayed for 12 days and lived further but had to go home. I will definitely come back again next year. The only downside is that there are few electrical outlets and it is a bit dusty.

  Nice clean family run small apart hotel very happily located at the center of Konyalti in just 1 min of walk from the public beaches. All was good, stuff was very client-oriented, polite and friendly and for the given ratio of price/service it has exceeded my expectations, What I've especially liked about the place – it was really comfortable and silent at nights – which is HUGE plus for me. New and noiseless AC. small and cozy rooms. Delicious breakfast served not to early is also a plus. Soc market right in front of hotels entrance, good bakery's, coffee, other eating places nearby, Park with a playground in 1 block. Nice and safe place to stay for a woman travelling alone
  
  What could be improved: week wi-fi signal in my room, water has been switched of a couple of times plus there've been power outage when it's been +40C outside -but it not been a hotels fault .

  The location is great, 5 min to the beach. The room is reasonably clean (if you don’t look under the bed). All in all, ok for several days.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel is a bit worn-out, and the pool is tiny, but ok for the price. The breakfast is very basic, they visibly struggle to offer something edible at the lowest possible cost.

  Place was so close to the beach, 5 mins walk. Good location for restaurants. Free street parking and helpful staff.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast wasn't really what I expected. Its not a buffet. It's already plated for you when you enter, some salad, one egg, two small sausages, fries, tomato.
