If you’re planning to stay here, bring comfortable walking shoes and maybe download a translation app – while people are friendly, English isn’t always a given in this part of the neighborhood.   What could be improved: Отсутствует нормальная горячая вода. Подготовка горячей воды осуществляется через проточный водонагреватель с 3 уровнями нагрева, без регулировки температуры и напора. Желательно установить накопительный нагревательный бак, как это сделано в соседних квартирах!!! Требуется обновить постельное белье!
