  Расположение. Отсутствие шумных дорог. Наличие рынков
  
  What could be improved: Отсутствует нормальная горячая вода. Подготовка горячей воды осуществляется через проточный водонагреватель с 3 уровнями нагрева, без регулировки температуры и напора. Желательно установить накопительный нагревательный бак, как это сделано в соседних квартирах!!! Требуется обновить постельное белье!
