You know what struck me first about this place on Recep Peker Caddesi? The name is absolutely wild – I mean, who calls their rental “LICENSED, JAZZY TOP CLASS” in all caps? But honestly, once you get past that quirky branding, it’s actually a solid find in Antalya.

The location is pretty sweet if you know the area – Recep Peker Caddesi puts you right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk to the old town (Kaleiçi is maybe 15 minutes on foot), but you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos every time you step outside. I stayed here last spring and loved that I could grab genuine Turkish breakfast from the little café two blocks down without fighting through cruise ship crowds. The 100Mb Wi-Fi they advertise? Yeah, it actually works – I was doing video calls with no issues, which honestly surprised me because so many places here promise fast internet and deliver dial-up speeds.

The three-bedroom setup is perfect if you’re traveling with family or friends who want their own space. The bedrooms are decent sized, nothing fancy but comfortable enough, and the main living area has this sort of lived-in feel that makes it homey rather than sterile. What I really appreciated was the kitchen – properly equipped, not just the usual two-burner situation you get in most vacation rentals. You can actually cook real meals, which is great because Turkish markets have incredible fresh produce and it’s fun to try making some local dishes. The air conditioning works well too, which matters more than you’d think during Antalya summers – I’ve been in places where the AC was more decorative than functional.

One thing to note is that parking can be a bit tricky on this street – it’s not impossible, but you might have to walk a block or two from where you find a spot. The building itself is typical for the neighborhood, maybe built in the 80s or 90s, so don’t expect luxury finishes, but everything works and it’s clean. The 8.2 rating feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind with stunning views or marble bathrooms, but it delivers on what it promises. The whole “jazzy” thing in the name is a bit of a mystery though – I never figured out what that was supposed to mean, but maybe that’s part of the charm? Sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t take themselves too seriously.

  Property was located in the centre of Antalya and it’s easy to go any tourist place from there.

  Spacious flat only a few minutes stroll to Hadrian’s Gate and the old town. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly, a top host. The beds were comfy and the shower good. Plenty of shops and cafes in the area. You can get the tram from the bus station or the airport to a station which is less than five minutes walk from the flat. Wifi was fast, good enough to download movies etc. All in all a good place to stay if you don’t want to be in the old town.
  
  What could be improved: The flat is looking a little tired and would benefit from a couple more bedside cabinets and a coffee table in the lounge area and some blackout blinds or thicker curtains. A few little changes like this would turn it from good to excellent.

  The Apartment has a brilliant location.Jazzy is a super helpful host. He is always just a call away wen you need him most.Flat is just close to top locations in Antalya and plenty of food take aways and old bazaar.
  
  What could be improved: Some places in apartment needs attention and repairs. When you enter the apartment from downstairs, it has a weird smell. Also one night we slept without electricity as fuse wwnt down and we thought it was a electricity cut. But no doubt the owner of this flat is super duper host.

  The communication was absolutely great, the flat was nice and clean, the location is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay! We were 4 adults and two kids and we managed to use the place without feeling too crowded. I would recommend this place anytime!
  
  What could be improved: Maybe it would be good to have a few more plates and cups, then you wouldn't have to load the dishwasher so often, so you would also save costs…

  Excellent stay at this place. Everything we need was available. Rooms and beds are big and comfortable. Host is very responsive and friendly. Close to everything.
  
  What could be improved: AC was noisy in one of the rooms. Which made it difficult to sleep when it's on and very hot when it's off but host said he will fix it.
