You know what caught me off guard about Livia Residence? It’s tucked away in this quiet residential pocket of Gürsu that most tourists never even know exists. I mean, you’re still in Antalya, but it feels like you’ve stumbled into where actual locals live – which honestly makes the whole experience way more authentic than those massive resort complexes everyone talks about.

The building itself is pretty understated from the outside, but once you’re inside, there’s this really thoughtful attention to detail that you don’t always get with 4-star places. The rooms are spacious (and I mean actually spacious, not “spacious for Europe” spacious), and they’ve got this clean, modern thing going without feeling sterile. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – being on 306 Sokak means you’re off the main tourist drag, so you’re not dealing with party buses rumbling past at 2 AM. The air conditioning actually works properly too, which… well, if you’ve spent a summer in Antalya, you know that’s not always a given.

Here’s the thing though – and this is why I think it’s getting those high ratings – the staff genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth, they knew the neighborhood well enough to give solid restaurant recommendations (there’s this little place about three blocks down that does incredible pide), and when I had questions about getting to the old town, they didn’t just hand me a generic map and wish me luck. The location is actually pretty smart if you think about it – you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough out that you’re not paying old city prices for a decent meal. Takes maybe 15 minutes to get to Kaleiçi by dolmuş, and honestly, that little bit of distance makes you feel less like you’re living in a tourist bubble. Parking was straightforward too, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed in the city center. The whole setup just works – it’s comfortable without trying too hard, the neighborhood has character, and you get the sense that you’re experiencing Antalya more like someone who actually lives here rather than just passing through.

  Really nice and very friendly. Room didn’t have dryer, so staff dried our clothes in their dryer after we used washing machine in the room.
  
  What could be improved: One problem is no sound proofing and people were coming until1:30am, so was not pleasant

  I like everything with this property from the location (10min to kaleici), staff, amenities included inside the room. Travelled with 1 yo so what they have is very convenient to us. If you will go in Antalya, this accomodation is recommended.
  
  In terms of housekeeping dont forget to hang the housekeeping sign or else it wont be clean.
  Probably next time could remind or offer the guest for room clean just incase its forgotten to hang the sign due to busy days.

  The staff are wonderful and always helpful. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen well equipped. Big space and Smart TV. Wifi works well. The location is very near the beach, restaurants and shops.

  Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!
  
  Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing, it exceeded all our expectations! We were on vacation with my mom and sister, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The hotel has brand new furniture and appliances, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It’s also very conveniently located – shops and the beach are just a 5-minute walk away.
  
  But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. All the hotel administrators treated us like family, and we could truly feel the warmth and hospitality from everyone. This is what real service is all about! A special mention to Emine, who made our experience even more special with her delicious homemade pies. She treated the guests to them, and they’ll definitely stay in our memories forever.
  
  Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone – you won’t regret it!
