  Good value for money all inclusive.
  Territory looks good, taken good care of.
  Several pools, water parks, kids club with 0+ babysitting.
  Several bars with a decent selection of alcohol and cocktails included. Only house wine is included, while price for bottles is a bit outrageous. However, in general selection of included spirits is far better than I've expected (12 YO single malt whiskeys, decent gin, etc.)
  Several buffer restaurants, food courts, … – selection of food is very good, quality and taste is great.
  Ala-cart restaurants were surprisingly good, especially Butcher
  SPA service was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Especially girls at the reception
  Territory is vast, with a lot of facilities, so while it was nearly fully booked, it didn't feel crowded
  
  What could be improved: – No hookah 🙁 In Turkey.
  – AC didn't work in heat mode. It was only necessary during a single cold night, but it's still not ideal.
  – Build quality and cleanliness could be improved. A lot of blemishes in build quality of interior. Had a minor leakage in the ceiling

  Me and my family stayed for 11 nights and as we live in different parts of the world, I wanted to find something clean and well-maintained with great service, and we found it here! The property is big enough and very pretty for evening walks, food was fresh, delicious and had great variety, everyone was friendly and ready to help! We also loved that lunch can be taken at the beach, the view of the sea was superb.
  Me and my mom especially enjoyed the group sports classes, yoga at the beach at 9am was highlight of this trip!
  We spent some rainy days between the heated pool and hamam, so we didn’t feel like missing out. The spa area was clean and spacious and not crowded.
  We also upgraded the room mid-stay for one with a private pool access and it was perfect for early morning and late night swims!
  
  What could be improved: We had some minor issues with the bathroom, but they were quickly solved. Special thanks to Nurzada and Aizada from guest relations for continual support and help, it was a pleasure!

  Very large resort and great facilities. Also appreciate the customer relation team. We had a request that the main restaurant could not meet. Not a big deal though – but to my surprise the customer relation team texted me later offering the service we asked. They really care about guests and this makes a difference.

  the experience in Megasaray hotel was truly exceptional. It went above and beyond my expectations in every way. The quality of the food was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to choose from every day. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always attentive, making sure every need was taken care of. The overall atmosphere and service were top-notch, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Antalya.
  
  A special mention goes to the kids’ area—it was fantastic. It was spacious, exceptionally clean, and warmly designed. The toys and play equipment were of very high quality, which made a big difference. It’s clear the hotel really cares about families and provides a safe, fun, and engaging space for children.

  That was great time that I spent in this hotel. Location, room cleaning, hygienic supplies, staff service, facilities, tennis courts were great. I also want to mention the very beautiful landscape of the hotel, the grass looks like it's on a football field. And for sure huge variety of dishes, for every taste and so delicious.

  We really enjoyed all aspects of our stay in the hotel. The room was comfortable with a wonderful view of the sea, the beach was not yet opened but we enjoyed walking along the sea. The food was fantastic – many thanks to the chefs.
  
  What could be improved: In the room for 4 people which we booked two single beds were in the entrance part of the room with practically no daylight.

  Great friendly staff, excellent food, beautiful resort that, despite being in a state of renovation and preparation for the upcoming summer season, was well run and gave us exactly the relaxing time we were after. They gave us a gift bag at the end which I thought was a nice touch.
  
  What could be improved: Wi-Fi slow and sometimes spotty, rooms were often noisy from neighbors, and sometimes difficult finding a place to sit inside for dinner. I mean that was it really..
