So I stumbled across MENE SUITES during my third trip to Antalya, and honestly, it’s one of those places that just gets it right without trying too hard. The building sits on this quiet residential street in Hurma – you know, the kind of neighborhood where actual Turkish families live, not just tourist hotels lined up like dominoes. It’s maybe a 15-minute walk to the beach, which sounds far until you realize you’re avoiding all the crowded beachfront chaos and actually getting a decent night’s sleep.

The suites themselves are spacious in a way that surprised me – I mean, Turkish hotel rooms can be hit or miss, but these feel like someone actually lives there. The kitchenette isn’t just for show either; there’s a proper-sized fridge and they stock it with local basics, which came in handy when I wanted Turkish breakfast items from the little market around the corner. What really sold me was the attention to small stuff: good water pressure (seriously, this matters more than you think), blackout curtains that actually block light, and – this might sound weird – but the Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the room. The staff speaks solid English, though I noticed they light up when you attempt even basic Turkish phrases.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned between the old town charm and the modern Konyaaltı strip. The dolmuş (shared taxi) stops right at the end of 295 Sokak, so getting to Kaleiçi or the main beach areas is ridiculously easy and cheap. There’s this little family-run restaurant two blocks down that serves the best mantı I had in Antalya – definitely not something you’d find staying in the tourist bubble. The neighborhood gets quiet after 9 PM, which I loved, but might feel too sleepy if you’re looking for nightlife within stumbling distance. Parking was never an issue, even during peak season in July when I visited. The only thing that bothered me slightly was the elevator – it’s one of those old-school ones that takes forever, but honestly, that’s me being picky. For the price point and that 8.4 rating, MENE SUITES delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located base that lets you experience Antalya like you’re visiting friends rather than just passing through.

  The property is in an excellent location and the rooms are large and modern. We stayed with family 6 of us in total and found the whole service from the staff to the all the facilities not only excellent but superb value for money. Whatever we needed was found or provided and the total service and facilities were superb. If we visit Antalya again there is nowhere else we will be staying but here.
  
  What could be improved: Some of the cupboards etc were aged.

  A very spacious apartment, with everything you need in the kitchen. Underground parking is a big plus. the place is very close to the outdoors areas of Antalya (which we were interested in). They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment. The compound is very quiet, you have stores nearby and they are pet friendly.
  
  What could be improved: Would be good to have some better quality appliances and kitchen tools (I.e. the spatula is plastic and could not use it for stirring in the pan, there were leaks from the windows when it rained).

  Location on west side of city for access to climbing area was very convenient.
  Lots of shops for food.
  Good take away and eat in restaurants nearby. Staff helped order take away, pay by card at door so easy.

  Very large property 2 levels lots of opening windows … aircon in every room 3 bathrooms . Lovely pool area , very clean pool and kids pool, very close to 3 supermarkets 50 meters , lovely and quiet in the evenings!
  
  What could be improved: The lift noise at night was annoying in the roof terrace room.

  The staff were nice and helpful. It was good value. The swimming pool was great.
  
  What could be improved: The location is bit far away from the beach or town centre. But I obviously knew that. It is a local area rather then tourist area. That's on me I guess.
  There were lot of works happening around that area. Maybe it will be more modern in few years time.

  Underground parking was just perfect! Very convenient if you have rented car to park. 3 bathrooms in the 3 bedroom apartment is very convenient for the big family or group of people! Special thanks for the staff crew who will always able to help!
  
  What could be improved: I was missing in the kitchen: coffee machine, microwave, some small kitchen items like tea spoons and knives. But if you're not going to cook a lot you will unlikely notice that…

  The location is perfect, everything you need is close by. Check in 0-24 which is great especially if you arrive late at night like we did. You also have a free parking space. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff, great value for money. We would definitely book this accommodation again. Thank you MENE SUITES for your hospitality 🙂
  
  What could be improved: For the price you pay, everything is great, but it would be nice to have more than two towels. The apartment is not soundproof, but it was not a problem for us.

  Loved the size of the apartment and the bathroom, and the fact that there was a washing machine, ironing board, clothes rack, mop, dustpan and brush. The AC was really good.
  
  There was a lot of cutlery and crockery and two free big bottles of water in the fridge on our arrival. There were also two dishwasher tablets provided for the dishwasher and a sponge and cloth.
  
  We asked the front desk for milk and detergent and softener and loo rolls and got all of them free of charge.
  The pool area was lovely and the pool was nice and clean and a good depth. It was also sun facing. There’s a very chill hotel dog and there were some cute kittens too! It was also right next to a supermarket, which was very useful.
  Front desk is also 24 hours which is good, as our flight was delayed and we checked in extremely late.
  
  What could be improved: There is a very loud school next to the suites, so be wary of that in term time if noise bothers you.
  
  The beds were not very comfortable.
